Sally and Amanda run an amazing shop! I’ve been coming here to get my hair/beauty services done, travelling from Victoria since 2009 and have never had a negative experience. From balayages to bridal hair, they’ve always done so well! Highly recommend the shop to anyone and everyone.

I am so pleased with the integrity and skill of these professionals.
I regularly have my waxing, pedicure done here. Amanda always goes above and beyond. Last month she applied an organic colour and did a stylish trim. It lasted and looked fabulous weeks following. Today Wendy, the perm specialist, tested my hair strength and advised me against a perm for a couple months. She deep conditioned my hair, gave me a super cut and we came up with a plan for future perming, after my hair builds up strength. I'm so grateful to be attending a salon that listens and is committed to serving their clients with honesty, creativity and a high level of professional skill.

It's hard to find somebody who can do a beautiful stiletto shape but Amanda is great! Great attention to detail too (:

I absolutely love this place. I live in Alberta, but come to the island to visit family. Each time I come, I book time with Amanda to get my nails. Amanda is lovely and professional. Great location within Bear Mountain.

Had an excellent cut and partial highlights with a money peice in the front done by the lovely Amanda. It's a bit on the pricey side but in the end worth the splurge. The salon is beautiful, clean and excellent with covid protocols.

Had a mani - pedi with Melanie. She is wonderful and has attention to detail that is second to none. I have never had such perfection with service. Very friendly, doesn't pressure you to chit-chat if you don't want to - you can talk or just sit back and relax. I would recommend seeing Melanie for nails.

I saw Melanie for a mani/pedi today. It was my first time at Twist and I will be back for sure. Melanie is so kind and pays attention to detail. My fingers and toes are super cute, I had to book my next appointment before leaving. Thanks for the pampering Melanie!

I was very impressed with Twist Salon. When I called to book an appointment time, my friend and I were unable to get in. When I hung up with a little disappointment, my phone rang again. It was Twist Salon calling me back. They made time for us to come to their salon at a time that worked for us. Thank you Sally and Amanda for giving us the VIP treatment. I know we will be back..

Highly recommend Deluxe pedicure with the hot stone massage!!
They were the only salon that was able to pull platinum blonde from my dirty blonde without damaging it. They use Olaplex which is god sent! And they always treat their clients with care and deliver quality service. Been a client for 2+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else on the island.

The girls are beyond amazing. The pedicures and manicures are the best in greater Victoria. I have been going since day one and no one can touch their treatments.
