Dr. Harwood Jones is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about her patients. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to concerns, answer questions, and provide the best possible care. Her friendly staff at Tuxedo Family Medical make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. She is a true gem in the medical community, and anyone who has her as their doctor should consider themselves very fortunate.

I love my new family doctor we see each other very often to check up on my mental health and is very personable. I would 100percent recommend this clinic!

Dr. Harwood-Jones and the staff at the clinic are easy to work with. Dr. Harwood-Jones is attentive, caring, and thorough.

Dr Creek has been very patient and understanding. I wish she had known of the Sport medicine clinic so I could have been referred to their concussion specialised doctor - there seems to be little overall knowledge in the medical community of resources and where to refer patients. However I enjoy having Dr Creek as my doctor and have always been treated well at the clinic.

Recently had a physical with Dr.Creek. Very disappointing, lasted about 15min. No explanation of blood work results and find out no PSA tests. I would not recommend this clinic or doctor to anyone.

WHO advises that covid is to be treated like a cold, that masks are futile. Why am I demanded to wear one? Why am I asked to do a covid test prior to my appointment, when my appointment was completely unrelated to a common cold?
My favorite part of why I will never go back, is being told I'd need a pap smear, right after I advised the female doctor that I've had a hysterectomy. What are you going to scrape when I have NO CERVIX. Where do these no-minds go to school.

Terrible customer service. I got a letter from them saying that my GP was no longer allowed to practice medicine in the Province, so I should get a new one. You all know how hard is to find a GP taking patients in Winnipeg!!! Once I found one, they refused to transfer my chart unless I paid a fee. I went in person and the lady in charge of administration was so arrogant and harsh... unbelievable!!! Also. my daughter didn't get the letter (she is over 18years old) and that makes it harder for her to find a new GP. I asked them if they could print one, and THEY REFUSED!!!! They told me that that was our former GP's duty, so even when they showed me the letter in their computer, they REFUSED TO PRINT ONE!!!!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! they only care about getting your money...

Update June 2019: The doctor who was treating my entire family left the practice and abandoned all of her patients. The remaining doctor's decided to not help anyone. I was on medication and was told by staff when I needed to see a doctor that I should just go-to an emergency room. Would NOT recommend this medical practice to my worst enemy.

Dr.Drain.....My family doctor....does anyone know where she went or whats going on with her ???
