After visiting several furniture stores, we walked into The Brick and met 'Leah Aragon-Anas. After greeting us, she let us wander through the beautiful showroom. When we quickly came upon the reclining sofa for us, she helped us pick out accent chairs. Leah was so helpful and professional. When she said she'd call, she did. Thanks Leah and The Brick. We purchased 2 night tables from the Brick. When we opened the boxes we saw that one of the tables was slightly damaged. We contacted the Brick via a chat agent and she offered very favourable options as to how we could deal with the damaged table. She handled the matter VERY professionally and efficiently. She offered to replace the table OR we could get a percentage of the cost of the table credited to the card which we had used for the purchase. She followed up with immediately doing the required documentation to close the matter. Great customer service! Thanks Kelli P!

Pawan was the best sales woman I’ve ever had. She was patient while we figured out which model of couch we wanted, gave multiple suggestions and worked around what I wanted and could have, she gave space when needed to discuss what models we were looking at. She wasn’t pushy like other sales people I’ve dealt with at some other places. I would absolutely come back to deal with her and only her. I appreciated her so much and her help with everything.

Kristine was very professional, high class gal. Well dressed, great speaker, smelled beautiful and was super helpful. Huge fan. I visited 3 other stores the same day of purchase after visiting the brick. I went to the brick first and she was polite, friendly, a good listener and respectful during the entire purchase and not pushy. Two of the other ones didn't acknowledge my presence with a greeting or interaction so I left. The third one was very unprofessional and inappropriate. Let's just say it may not be a custom bed, but if you prefer a to be listened to and respected go to the Brick. As a former retail manager, customer service rep, and sales person I would recommend going here as the staff seem adequately trained and professional. They did a great job attending to everyone customers needs and remined knowledgable throughout the process. Plus, I got the best deal based on my online and in-person research. Will certainly shop here again, if you do not want to be body shamed avoid Sleep Country. Was very disapointed with the salesmen's comments. Good customer service and sales is about connecting with the heart of a customer, and providing their needs from a place of dignity. Do not assume someone's budget, and allow them to guide you as collaborative partners in the purchase making process. Got what I needed here, and will not be shopping at a few other stores anytime in the near future based on their low level service.

I have shopped at the Brick many times before, but I have never had such a pleasant purchase before. Leah was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and simply a joy to deal with. Got my mum exactly what she wanted and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Our sales person Roy T was amazing at helping us find the right couches for us. He was so personable and funny and made the process feel easy and quick. He made sure we had picked the right colours fabric and accent pillows to compliment our purchase. I highly recommend going to see Roy if you need some furniture. He knows his stuff.

Dropped in to the Brick St. James in Winnipeg, looking for a dryer. Met Roy again ( he had helped us to purchase some recliners last year). He was able to show us some great options for a dryer but was also able to show us some options for a Dining room table (that my wife had mentioned in passing while we were there). At the end of our day, we not only had purchased the drier but also the exact Dining room table- with chairs and a matching hutch. All items scheduled to be delivered early next week. Great turn around on the purchases. Great price for all items. Roy was fantastic as always. Great experience- No pressure. Perfect end to the day.

I visited The Brick store today.I waited in the dryer and washer area for more than 5 minutes. No one acknowledge me. I saw Bob and ask for help. Bob was gentle and kind when answering all my questions. He provided me with all the different options available for payment arrangements. To help me decide which options best suitable my budget. Bob, thank you for the wonderful customer service you provided me.

Riza was a pleasure to work with! She was super patient and really knowledgeable. She explained everything thoroughly and made the whole experience smooth. I'd definitely recommend Liza for her professionalism and great communication skills.

Harry was exceptional when providing us with options and personal opinions with the mattresses we were taking an interest to. We felt reassured, confident and overall satisfied with our experience.
