Atlantic Superstore is superb. Super well organized and clean. Huge selection of quality products. Some great deals available too. Very good customer service. Aeastically very beautiful. Easy to locate products. Excellent experience shopping at Atlantic Superstore.

Needed a Caesar salad for allergy testing for my son, store didn't have parm cheese but said she could make it anyway. Truly appreciate that. Gateway location refused. Not important details to some, but helped us a lot.

Store is big to walk thru. They have good prices on stuff. I wish they had a flyer out, so people who don't usually go there with flyers more people might go...

The ladies at customer service were very nice and accommodating to my situation. First of all, this location was the 3rd superstore I went to because my baby has specific dietary needs, and this location was the one that finally had soy-based similac in stock.

Second, the other two previous locations I went to did not let me exchange the cows-milk based formula that I had previously bought. Even after explaining that this formula made my son very sick with diarrhea and vomitting, they said that they don't take back baby food because they can't re-sell it due to the fact that they can't guarantee it's been stored properly after it's left the store; understandable. But this was $100+ worth of formula.

The ladies at the McPhillips location gave me no greif, they were empathetic to my baby not being able to take in the formula that I bought. They allowed me to do the exchange knowing they'll have to throw it out. I am so relieved and grateful, hence why I am leaving this positive review.

Its the little things that give me so much joy. Thank you. :)

Ps. I want to add that the second location I went to, on top of not letting me exchange the formula that I had, sold me formula that ALSO WASN'T LACTOSE FREE. (You have to buy formula over the counter, so they hand it to you). It wasn't until 2 days into my son drinking it that I realized his diarrhea and vomitting was not residing. I checked the can and it was still cows-milk formula -_- . I was so infuriated!

Best place to do grocery or purchase something. Store is open till 10pm.

Our go to place to go shopping for almost everything. Easy to find things, fruits are great and got these tide pods for a a good deal!

I went im today and didnt get a cart. The grocery manager rampar went out of his way to help me with 2 cases of water and carried them out for me. Such a great guy for doing that for me

I have been going to this location since I came to Winnipeg, which is almost six months, Talking about produce, it's fresh.. I usually buy club size kiwi, oranges and grapes. They are fresh, are always good in taste for two weeks( club size kiwi and oranges).. The cashier are fast as well. Also, if you shop according to the deals available on weekly flyer, it's more cheaper and pocket friendly

I had to call and ask about 2 very obscure and specific presidents choice products, and customer service actually went and dug these things out. I ended up getting the last few in stock. But they were so polite, friendly, and happy to help. As I did not want to do a full out grocery shop, I just wanted those 2 items. But I will be shopping there next time. They have earned my respect and patronage

Really clean, well-run store, convenient for my home. Competitive prices. Love the bakery. Well-staffed checkouts with friendly staff. Who needs Costco? Keep up the good, hard work.

Ah, this is what I need in a grocery store. This is the level of store that makes me happy. There is a large bakery and deli section. Tons of fresh breads to choose from. Lots of fruits and vegetables. They also have some non-grocery items in the form of clothing and other necessities one might need in a pinch while shopping for coffee. I like how they charge for paper bags. Maybe this is normal for Canada? I don't know, but I wish every place did this.

My go to superstore to be honest. Big enough in size for my needs, also conveniently located near my work, easy place to stop on the way home. Would like to see more self checkouts (even 1 more row of 3 would be sufficient). They often have what I need.

I messed up and bought the wrong stuff so I didn't get the points I was trying to get for my exclusive PC offer. I spoke to the manager and after all my trouble she was able to assist me and get me the points. Very thankful for their dedication to assisting their customers. Thanks again Superstore McPhillips!

This location has the best staff I have ever met. Even the customer service staff are friendly at this location.

It's usually the store I do my groceries at. On Jan.7th, 2023 I was looking for the windshield washer fluid which was on sale for 2.99. (It was Armoral brand)
I checked the small automotive area they have but couldn't find any.

A store employee ( Jayden ) came by & asked if he could help with anything, I told him I couldn't find the windshield washer..... he checked the shelves & then went to check in the back warehouse.... . but no luck there either.
I was impressed with Jaydens excellent customer service skills. I hope he can get recognized by the manager for his skills and hard work.

It's not often that superstore has employees out on the floor who are available / wanting to help.

It was great time for real Canadian superstore
