Canadian Tire

Was quite happy dealing.g in th9s Winnipeg store. ,wanted a thickness planer. Wasn't quite sure where to look so I asked a sales rep. They told me that particular one was in the back, and if I would like, I could wait at check out #2 and they would bring it up. Well didn't take long at all. Service was great he k of a lot better than my local store in Dryden.

The older fellow was the most attentive retail worker I have ever seen and made sure we left happy and smiling. And kudos to management for allowing an environment to allow that kind of experience to flourish.

I just visited at Canadian tire St. James location for some car parts which was not available at that location and the guy named ''Ness'' was so helpful and so nice he did everything possible to find what I was looking for and he even called some other places to check if any other place or store got what I am looking for. I really appreciate the man. Thank you for ur help.

There was a mixup when I purchased winter tires in the fall and tires were put on the wrong rims. Manager was not available at the time, and then I kind of just forgot about it till spring. I came back in the spring, and the manager acknowledged the mistake and rectified it at their cost. Saved me a ton of money. Super happy with the tires I bought, and the service I received.

I'm looking for signal light bulbs, and i found someone who turned out to be the Mgr of Auto. I was surprised he helped me himself and did not call someone. That's service! I had no idea what to get. He asked me questions and brought 2 kinds. Then he helped me choose. He asked if i needed anything else, and wished me a Merry Christmas. He wasnt a robot, he was personable.
This is the kind of service we should always get these days, but dont.

I needed a good and not expensive coffee machine, the choice was big, but I didn't know which one to choose. The store staff is very friendly and they helped me choose the right coffee machine, thank you.

This is a really good store where you can buy hardware tools, utensils, automotive parts, and many more. Prices are also reasonable and most of the time you see many items on sale.

It's Canadian Tire, just bigger and better. Definitely a solid place for Dads of all shapes and sizes.

The mechanic Sukh and at this location is super kind and knowledgeable. He made sure to take good care of our vehicle and unlike other places who would try to rip you off he let us know what could potentially be the problem of our vehicle. Great customer service.

And a shoutout to Mithat as well who is very courteous and helpful to us as well.

These kind of employees are the reason I would go back to establishments. When they show that they care about the customers.

Staff that I dealt with. Directed me to where I needed to find what I came there for. 🙂
August 31st, 2023. Found what I needed. Though the pricing seems to have gone a bit overboard and other items they don't have stock on. Needed grease for the mini grease guns they have in stock. But no grease for them. Why sell a product if you can't supply the stock for it.
March 18th, 2024. Went to get keys cut. Unfortunately, they picked the wrong key, and I didn't live close before I realized the mistake. Now I have to go back to get it fixed. I did have the car repair facility check my tire pressure, and they did alright there.

Nice big store. Has everything you need.

Friendly staff. I verified online before going to the store that they had the steel toe work boots that I was looking for. Went to the store. Tried on the boots. Made the purchase. The Cashier was polite and courteous. Greeted me with a big smile. Thanked and wished me a good day. Very pleased!

Friendly staff, warm, clean, not crowded. I could easy find what was needed.

Curbside pickup is much better than it was, but the quality of keys they cut, could be much much better. At least you can keep driving home and back and forth to the store, over and over, as many times as it takes, before they finally make a key that works

I found out that this Canadian Tire has a cheaper price on refillable water than the one at Garden City

Friendly and helpful staff at Customer Service counter. I had to exchange a couple pieces of a Maximum toolbench that were damaged in the box. No questions asked, they pulled a new unit from storage and let me see the new parts. I was gone in 15 minutes!!

My favourite Canadian tire in the city! Seems things are always in stock here and they are open at 7am most days!
