Avalon Cleaners and Laundry

My wife and I regularly use this place and support this small local business as they have excellent equipment that is kept meticulously clean and maintained by the owner. Stef who owns this place is awesome, helpful and friendly. She is there regularly now that the much needed staff changes were made for the better.

Me and my mother in law dropped off 3 wedding dresses to be cleaned and boxed up. One new one and 2 vintage dresses. They did an amazing job and I love the way they boxes them up. Plus the 2 people we dealt with were super friendly. Highly recommended!!

Best Laundromat in town bar none! The ladies are absolutely amazing, service is phenomenal! Very clean, and all washers and dryers work! They have even got different sized washers and dryers to suit your needs ($4, $8 etc.,) You can pay with your debit card as well and they even give you change and there’s no limit (like the others in town) I can’t say enough about this business, honestly, I haven’t had as good a customer service anywhere else since Covid! Very impressive! Love this place! They make doing laundry not suck! Lol

Every year we come for our camping vacation at Goldstream. And every year, mid-stay, we do our laundry here. Only here. Avalon is clean, bright, and well-maintained. I can feel the ocean air and hear the seagulls through the open door while I sip
a coffee and wait for my loads to finish. 😊

We used to live in the neighbourhood but never once came here. When the laundry piles up, we just take the clothes to the laundromat. I'm happy to have found Avalon. Even though we've moved, we still love this area.

The best laundromat I have ever been to - no exaggeration! Stephanie has a very well-run, clean place, and has a great common-sense and kind spirit. Unlike a number of other places, my clothes always come out of the machines clean, free of oil marks and other surprises. Highly recommend Avalon!

This place is the best laundromat in town. Fast, efficient machines of different sizes, reasonable prices, and the owners keep this place clean as a whistle. Avalon, Is truly the best laundry and dry cleaning facility i have ever used. I am their every week. The owners and staff are so fun and charming. They remember your name and always happy to help. Have been washing my clothes there for over 2 years and would not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a laundry with new and clean machines great people and good value. This is the place.

We have been using Avalon for over 15 years and I must say that the service provided there is fantastic! The staff is great and helpful. The machines they have in there are amazing! They clean so well! When we have a big wash we go there and the capacity of the machines go in different sizes... which is great. The store is always clean! I say 5 stars and more!

Avalon is amazing!! They are so nice and helpful, and did an incredible job in dry cleaning my wool blanket. The store itself is also really cool, and they have tons and tons of machines. Definitely would go back and also recommend to friends.

I love this place, reduces my anxiety from doing laundry in my apartment building an risk meeting my neighbours! Not your typical dirty scummy place, this is how a laundromat should look and run. Staff is fun to chat with and very helpful. Ive used there carpet renting service, mailing services along with doing my own personal laundry here.

We look forward to enjoying the friendly and clean atmosphere each week. Using the large front loader machines makes the weekly chore easier. Used this place when the laundry machines at my apartment died. They have reasonable prices, both the washers and dryers hold a lot, and I got two weeks of laundry done in one trip.
Bring at least $5 in quarters, and your own laundry detergent.
