Called in to find out about a cigar I used to smoke when I lived on the island recently moved away and called and they found it right away. Now my local cigar shop ordered some in thanks.

Friendly staff, the selection is quite small, but they do have some good cigars.

I went in with my device and coils. I showed the clerk exactly what I had because I was unsure. She looked at it took out the pod and said you need .8 blah blah blah. And I was like are you sure it will work with my device. She said yes, I asked for the receipt incase she was wrong. And I was told they I can't return it. ... well I got home and of course Missy gave me the wrong thing it's not compatible with my device and the shop won't comp me a new one or give me a refund. Kinda seems scammy having untrained and unknowlegable staff running a store. Probably won't bother going back.

Went in with a friend's vape to see if they had pods for it. I expressed that I don't know anything about vape stuff. I showed the clerk the vape and he said there were two types for it. He said the one he recommends is not the same brand but is compatible. So I said okay thanks and left. I got to my car to put it all together for my friend and it was completely the wrong one. I went back in 2 minutes later and it was a different clerk. He wouldn't even give me the time of day to listen. Just "open? No returns" and "we don't sell that brand of vape pod". It would be nice if the staff here were consistent with their knowledge and were a little friendlier to new comers.

Was excited for a new tobacco shop, very disappointed. Staff had no knowledge of tobacco. Only 2 different kinds. Didn’t have the basic brands. Won’t be back

With the very few times I’ve gone to this store, the staff are never trained and have no clue about the products they are selling. Almost every staff member has told me they don’t know anything and just “have to come down and help people”. One staff member sold me the wrong pods after I clearly said which ones I needed, I came back later that night and they would not return it while very rudely just pointing at the return policy sign and pushing it closer and closer to me. Maybe if the owners actually cared about training staff to work at the shop they operate then everyone would have a better time.

Every experience I have had at this shop has been negative. They have minimal products. They don’t train their staff to about the products. My roommate, who just started vaping, went there and asked for them to help her out with finding the right coils that match her vaporizer. The women helped her and gave the the wrong ones. She was not able to return them as they have a no return policy. I recently went there for vape juice and the price they had in the case was listed at $18 lower than the $23 that they charged me. The cashier told me that they had recently gone up in price and haven’t changed the price on the tag yet. He told me he couldn’t honour the sales price. At this point I would have just left however, I needed juice and this shop is so close to my house. To sum things up, this establishment is over priced, unprofessional, as well as they are selling products they no nothing about. Every time I have asked for juice flavours preference from the cashiers there, they reply with”sorry I don’t actually vape”. Don’t go here.
