The new lead in the grooming department, Shannon, is the only person in town or possibly the world who my dog will allow to cut his nails. When Nirvana closed and I thought I had lost her...that was a big problem. Relieved to have found her after several dreadful and unsuccessful attempts to work with a replacement. Highly recommended - she clearly provides the necessary patience, demeanour and affection to comfort even the most anxious dogs.

This store is awesome, I can get all the supplies I need for my kitty. When I first got my kitten I had so many questions and there was one young blonde girl employee who was very helpful, I don’t know her name or I’d give her the kudos. Every time I’d go in she’d be there and always had the answers or would give me her opinion or best recommendation.

Months later I had a different question regarding kitty litter and how other people have found one particular flavour of litter. And that same girl wasnt there but a different young guy and gal were there and they were like hmm.. lets check the reviews, so they punched in the products on the website I didn’t know existed. And I was able to make an informed decision on something I previously had no information. So every employee I’ve ever dealt with there has been awesome in every way, knowledgeable about the products, or otherwise helpful with recommendations etc. I’m lucky I live so close to this location of Bosleys. The owner should be very proud of their staff.

Staff are always helpful and friendly! We go here for our monthly supply of food and frequent bath times.

Great place and location. They pretty much have it all there from treats and food both wet and dry to toys and grooming facilities. Staff is very friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They make sure you are getting what you need with advice as needed. We have shopped at a few different locations and have been very pleased by thier passion for pets. If you have not shopped at any of them I highly suggest checking them out. We definatley use Bosleys as our primary source for all our pets needs.

Bailey LOVES his hair and nail lady( i dont know how to spell her name) he is super excited and knows where we are as soon as we pull in to parking lot 🐶💙. His little sister is also loving her nail and bath days! Thank-you

The groomer is lovely with my high-strung Chihuahua- I appreciate her so much. And the young man at the check-out is very kind and friendly- also clearly an expert with animals.

Great groomer. Great location. Friendly staff and the shelves are always full and well organized. I couldn't ask for more. Well, maybe free beer. LOL

All of the staff are always friendly, willing to help. Never feel bullied into products, and they have lots of options. Great customer service.

Friendly and knowledganle staff. You can take your dog inside with you, and the selection is great for how small the store is.

My local go-to for pet supplies. I love the u-bath, and the groomer is great for keeping my neurotic, terrified dog's nails trimmed.
