We look for replacements new hot tub for every store in Victoria. Communication between us and Jason was great, he was always updating us. Delivery company was also great, on time and they did great job.

Back in February of 2023, we bought a Bullfrog hot tub. The service we received in our purchase was AMAZING! All of our questions were answered, and we had many of them. Jason was outstanding! He was extremely patient and was not pushy at all. When we were shopping around for our hot tub we visited several other retailers and none of them were close to being as kind and patient as Wildwood. It was clear that other places just wanted the sale, and it did not seem like they took our questions, concerns, or time to heart. One guy nearly made us late picking up our child from school. He kept rambling about how many sales they did, even when we told him we needed to leave to pick up our child.
In the 8 months since we bought the hot tub, I'm pleased to say that the service we originally received with the purchase has remained the best one can ask for! I would strongly encourage anyone looking to purchase a hot tub to visit Wildwood. The service you will receive is the best!
As for the hot tub itself, we could not be any happier. The Bullfrog hot tub works amazingly well!

I received my order in mid-October. The selection was so great despite a few of the things I really loved being sold out. I still ended up having to narrow down my choices, and I’m thrilled about what I’ve received.

I have never grown bulbs before, so I have a hard time relating to the quality but everything seems like it’s excellent. Shipping was fast, communication about shipping and delivery was awesome, and I can’t wait to “dig” in! I will update my review if my opinion changes but here’s hoping it all goes well.

Update (Feb; 4 months after ordering): Out of the 100 or so bulbs that I ordered (14 ish varieties), maybe 5 or 6 were rotten by the time planted them. I was, however, very late planting. I was busy with uni courses when I received my bulbs in October, so I didn’t prepare the majority of them in pots until the very beginning of January (after being reassured by someone in the area they would likely still be okay). By the time I got to them, some of them had already started sprouting while stored in the box, which I’m sure means they’re healthy!! I finally potted the rest tonight (mid Feb, before a final cold snap or two), so HOPEFULLY they all still produce for me. If they don’t, I don’t think it says anything about the quality - just get them in soil and stored appropriately as quickly as you can! Fingers crossed, because I would loooove to see and enjoy them all!!

Update (July): Well, I have disappointing news. I had very few things come up in the spring. I got four beautiful tulips, three increeeedibly fragrant hyacinths, and handful of gorgeous daffodils and one iris. Somehow, I also got a mystery muscari? I had some other greens of iris and tulips come up but not produce. I’ve pre-ordered more bulbs for next year and will try another method (including planting them asap). I also hope that if I treat the bulbs I do have blooming right, I’ll be able to save them for next year too.

We had a great experience buying our Beachcomber hot tub with Jason. Jason was very helpful, honest and we were able to purchase our hot but without any pressure. The delivery went smoothly. Beachcomber is a great brand, we were updating our old hot tub that was 23 yo (and still in working order!).

I purchased a bullfrog M7 hot tub from Wildwood out door living this spring . I use it everyday and love it ! Having the stairs to safely walk in and out are the best , the bonus lights and music are so relaxing , it is really hard to get out some days . The cool part is you can have different type of jets for areas of concern , you are not stuck to one style, I personally have different jets at all the seats and it is amazing as each one helps a different area on the body ! The cover lifter is so easy and saves allot of issues with getting the cover on and off. Jason and the staff at wildwood have been able to answer all my questions , and help me learn about proper care. I highly recommend this hot tub brand , and wildwood for any purchases. I will be a customer for years. I recommend this product to any one wanting a new or to replace there old tub!

We were shopping around for a new hot tub, and we were really disappointed by the companies in the area and how they kind of bait and switch and try to upsell you on features you don't want. Then we went to Wildwood and met Jason. And what a difference. Lots of great info, hot tubs to look at, pricing was right on the units...and so we made a decision literally on the spot. Jason was amazing, everything went to plan and the hot tub crane delivered to our deck on the day it was promised. A great experience end to end.

They have a great selection of Proven Winners and other annuals in the 2.5" pot size. They are one of the few businesses that offer an early selection of these basket stuffers. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and personable. I have been shopping here since Gord was the TV star of "Get Up & Grow," airing on Check-TV in the '90s.

We discovered Wildwood when looking for hot tubs. Got the Bullfrog Stil7 tub and love it. There was some damage to the lid during shipping and Wildwood resolved things quickly and perfectly, with great service from Jason, Gord and the whole team. We ended up purchasing a smoker/BBQ here too so we're fans of this local business!

I am a professional gardener,nursery trained with own small business, and kind of fussy about treatment and plant quality at some nurseries...
No issues at Wildwood though.
Had great help finding the tropicals today from the nursery staff, didnt catch the guys name, but he knew exactly what I was looking for, what they had and didnt, as well as good picks for alnernates when certain things werent i. stock.
This passoon project is a work in progress, but the Norfolk pines and Citrus additions got me close to the finish line. Thank for the help!

Love this place - their selection of seeds is massive, they have great plants for sale and their staff are super friendly and helpful. I can tell the owners care. I’ve also purchased a hot tub in the past year and they were excellent to deal with.

My usual seed provider was out of stock of the sweet corn I needed this year. I searched around and the only place with the seeds was wildwoods. I quickly made my order but quickly realized I didn't order enough seeds. I shot off a quick email asking for the remaining seeds I needed to be added to my current order. They responded within 5 minutes and were very kind and understanding! Great people like this is what keeps the world spinning!

Some of the greatest customer service I've ever had. I bought some small ceramic bonsai planters online as I'm in Vancouver and they had exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately Canada Post broke 2 of them and when I emailed to ask about it, I was met with a very quick, personable and professional reply. I got replacements the next day and they arrived in one piece! Very great store and service. I'll definitely be checking them out again.
