Had a great experience buying my first-ever brand new bike as an adult. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm very happy with the bike. I was able to research it a bit on their website and online before visiting the store. Taking it for a test ride confirmed it was the bike for me.

They carry a good variety of styles and price points. As a bit of novice bike person, it was not an intimidating environment at all, as some bike shops can be. The cherry on top was buying a new bike comes with lifetime basic maintenence and I received a discount on accessories purchased the same day!

Excellent service from kind and friendly workers. Walked in and was immediately assisted for a quick tire repair. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Will definitely return the next time I have an issue with a bike.

I had an awesome experience with Pedal Sport, purchased a giant revolt and they were able to build it for me right away even though I came right before closing hours. Very good customer service!!! will definitely be coming back.

My husband just got his old bike parts swapped out and serviced and he hasn’t stopped ranting and raving about the fantastic service from Scott at this shop and how “sick” his bike looks and feels now. We would recommend this shop to anyone!

I bought a 2023 Norco A3 from them about a month ago. The Purchasing experience was great, the staff knowledgeable and helpful, pricing was fair across all of their products and I would recommend the shop/store to anybody in the Chilliwack Area!

I have gone to PedalSport on four separate occasions and each time I have received friendly, knowledgeable assistance. At this point, I am transitioning from a runner to a cyclist and I know very little. But the staff has never made me feel silly or intimated about what I didn't know but rather listened and showed me the options available and the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend the shop to all cyclists! (And their servicing prices are so reasonable too!)

Super friendly with great service. They were able to find and order the exact bike I wanted even though there is a huge bike shortage. When it came in they had great suggestions for upgrades and accessories. I would highly recommend 👌👍 😁

I had such a great experience at this store. I have very little knowledge of road cycling but Marie took the time to teach me a lot - which I am very grateful for! The customer service I received was incredible. This is a fantastic bike store that has a really sweet vibe! I will definitely be returning for all my bike needs!

This is a perfect example of a local business that offers more value than you pay for. Expert advice from any one of the long time staff members and a full commitment to support what they sold me. The store is full of product so they probably have it when you need it. I would always be willing to shop local if businesses were more like Pedal Sport. Everyone was so friendly & helpful! I dropped off my bike with a broken/jammed chain, with some rust, and rain wear & tear use. I picked up my bike at a great cost of $30. Walked out with a new chain, everything tuned up, & tires pumped . I've take my bike out and it has never run smoother. Gears are smooth and easy to change. Very very happy. Thank you! 6/5 stars!

They meet me with a smile and ask me what my cycling needs are. They are very knowledgeable and have given me a lot of helpful advice. They are reasonable when fixing my bike, speedy and honest. They have tons of selection and seem like a more down to earth team. All things I appreciate in a business.

Terrific local business. Fast service and outstanding warranty for bikes sold in store - I’ve had a bike for about 10 years now and brought it in for a service free of charge. I didn’t even realize it was free until they told me!

My husband and I went to PedalSport a few weeks ago on our way back to Calgary and ended up leaving with two new bikes. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they really took their time with helping us to make the right decisions. We got a couple extra things done as well, like getting a flat fixed and the tires changed out on one of the bikes, and they were able to do it for us right away so we could get on the road quickly. With the amazing service and great selection of products, it was an exceptionally positive customer experience. We wouldn’t hesitate making the trip back to Chilliwack next time we are looking for a bike!
