I had a great experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy Saint John! They fixed me up and had my shoulder back to pain-free in a few short weeks - much faster than I had thought was possible. Highly recommend!

Ive had a concussion since Oct . I started at Life mark Saint John the week after I got the concussion . I’ve had great results with all the therapy I’ve received from Cathy’s programs specifically made up for my injury and Mary Lou for all her knowledge in the gym and always willing to help . All the staff from the front desk to the girls behind the scenes were very helpful . I just recently had Michelle as a massage therapist . Well, I highly recommend her for injury or relaxation massage . Michelle is very caring and definitely knows her job . Needless to say her massages were wonderful. My neck and head feel great. I finally feel like I’m on the road to recovery. Thanks to the team at Life Mark Saint John .

I've been working with one of the physiotherapists - Jonathan Knight and I have found him to be very helpful. He is knowledgeable about recent changes and advancements and uses evidence-based processes when coming up with a plan for treatment. He also has no issues debunking myths that might be holding one back. And he understands how important my activities are to me and works to develop a plan that keeps me moving! I highly recommend him!.

This is by far the best facility I have been to for Physio. Great people, fully functional gym. Definitely recommend

I went to Lifemark for about 2.5 months due to an MVA. I didn't know what to expect, obviously not being happy with my situation.
Jonathan Knight was my physiotherapist and I couldn't ask for a better person. He knows how to make a patient to feel more at ease with this temporary situation, takes time to listen and he is able to provide the right exercises according with the area that needs some relieving. Plus a very nice personality. Good luck in your future endeavors. You will do just great!

The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Was a great first impression. I had Jordan Pelletier as my therapist and he was awesome! Jordan was welcoming and attentive to what I wanted and although the massage was painful, I left feeling like a new person lol. Thanks Jordan 10/10 would recommend

I was recently in a motor vehicle accident last fall and injured my neck, I really didn't think it would be close to being normal again until I went to Lifemark. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and professional.  She has shared and showed me how I can continue exercises and care at home.  In the past 3 years, her sessions have been pivotal in my MVA rehabilitation.  Cool to witness my strength and mobility coming back.

Heather is an excellent Physio Therapist. Mary-Lou created and adapted my exercise plan to keep me progressing with a focus on recovery and maintaining my health. Jordan is very knowledgeable and skilled. Kathy is an outstanding Vestibular Physio Therapist. Paulina is a very resourceful and positive OT. The team approach to coordinated therapy is excellent. I highly recommend this clinic.

I've recently had 6 physio sessions for a shoulder injury and am thoroughly pleased with the excellent treatment received from Cathy Simon at the Saint John Lifemark Physiotherapy Clinic. The treatments and exercise plan that I received have greatly improved my mobility and discomfort. The office staff were pleasant and very accommodating and the appointments always ran on time. I would rate my experience at Lifemark a 5 out of 5 and I will definitely use Lifemark again should the need arise.

I have had a wonderful experience at Lifemark. Jordan is an excellent massage therapist. He has helped with my back and leg muscles and takes care to make sure that I am comfortable at all times. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and there is a very relaxing atmosphere.

I have been taking massage therapy from Mr. Jordan and there is significant improvement towards my back (lower & upper), shoulder and neck pain. Mr. Jordan is always very patience to hear me out, understand & access health issues with me and then providing treatment as per his assessment. He has been fully dedicated to the whole hour. I've had Brian Head attend to my physio needs for two issues in the past five years. He is an exceptional physiotherapist with long experience in the field. And he is very personable - fun to be around. On both occasions his interventions led to great improvement.

I've been seeing Heather Lambert at Lifemark for a number of years for various running related injuries. Heather is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She has consistently provided effective treatments no matter the particular injury I've come to her with. The other staff at the clinic are also great. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Heather and the Lifemark team to anyone!

I have engaged Lifemark's support for Concussion and Costochondritis therapy and both times I have been blown away by how quickly they were able to turn my symptoms around. I would (and often do) recommend to anyone I know that could benefit from their services because I truly believe they are the best. The office is bright, relaxing and every staff member greets you with a smile - every single time! The Physiotherapist I worked with this time was Brian and he was phenomenal! He made me feel comfortable in every session, he is very knowledgeable and helped me to understand every process of my therapy. In my first session he could barely touch the affected area and today I am nearly pain free! I cannot say enough great things about Brian and all staff members of Lifemark. If anyone reading this needs physiotherapy I wouldn't even question it - do yourself a favour and just choose them, you won't be sorry!
