Parking Indigo Winnipeg - W029 - Centrepoint Parkade

Clean and secure, with an outlet to plug in your block heater. Rates are a bit steep for Winnipeg but not terrible.

Parking was great. Price was very reasonable. Small walk from Canadalife centre.

Great team of people taking care of the car park and the people who use it.

The car park is nice. But I talked with the security guard. He said the company won’t let them go to washroom. They are in extreme cold, treated badly. I wish the company treat the security guards with respect and with human rights.

This company is run by soulless crooks and scammers. See photos. Signs all day $3/hr. I was there <40 minutes and being charged $12. Even security guard didn't know why. When I hit the help button they laughed at me and hung up then IGNORED all further help requests. I did not have enough cash for the random increase in price (which btw how is this legal?) I tried to use my cards, which the machine promptly refused to even accept. (Not declined, I couldn't even hit okay, or put in pin code, it just immediately spit my card out and wouldn't take ANY card.) Trying to ring the help button, still nothing. Meanwhile, I am now running late for work all after having just attended a funeral. I was SO CLOSE to just full on breaking the big arm that blocks you from leaving as I felt like I was being held hostage as they wouldn't accept any of my forms of payment and wouldn't help. Only way I actually got out is luckily someone with a keycard came in and let me use theirs to get out.

DO NOT PARK WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. These people do not deserve to be in business whatsoever. They also treat their security guards horribly and force them to harass people. Just avoid this company like the plague.

I paid my ticket in order to leave. When putting it in the machine, it said unreadable, please push help button. After pushing the button and hearing the ringer for several minutes, I heard nothing. I was forced to go back into the pay station and press "lost ticket" and then pay the full price to exit the parkade on top of what I initially paid.
