Best Western Plus Saint John Hotel & Suites

My room was huge and very well laid out. The work space was very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. It was also spotless which is so important to me. The staff members were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect for shopping and dining and not too far from anywhere you need to go in the city. I highly recommend it for business or pleasure.

Absolutely wonderful spot
Always accommodating and the front desk staff always genuinely smile and offer a pleasant greeting that doesn’t feel rehearsed like some places.

We stayed here for one night. The service desk people were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless! The beds very comfortable. But what was best from our perspectives was the quiet! There was absolutely no bothersome noise. We both slept very well and I must say this was the first time ever! Motel is in a very convenient location, close to but not on the highway and surrounded by many restaurants Full hot breakfast was served in the morning!.

We stayed here one night with our son. We had a double queen bed room. It was clean and large. We had more then enough room.
Staff was kind and attentive.
Pool was great. We went swimming in the morning before we left and had the pool to ourself. It was nice and clean and the deck tiles were nice and clean.
Breakfast was great. They had a good variety.

Very clean, helpful and fairly quiet. Our basketball team had the pool to themselves.

My stays in Saint John, tend to be last minute and when I’m planning an overnight stay, I normally select the Saint John, Best western. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, they offer washing machines on site, and the breakfast in well stocked.

July 31, 2023 Very helpful staff. The evening front desk staff of Loreal and Emanelle when up and beyond what I would expect. Added us to the rewards program, gave us the directions to the Digby ferry. This was appreciated very much as we had no reservation due to having gone to another hotel too far out of town to be able to catch the early ferry. Our compliments to them.

We arrived late night and the next morning we had to leave early. We were allowed to have the breakfast a bit early before it officially started. Thank you very much to the super friendly staff at the front the desk and breakfast section.

This was nice place close to everything. Staff was lovely, friendly and funny, the pool is small but we'll kept. The rooms are super clean. This place has restaurants you can walk too and shops near by and not far from downtown at all.

Hot breakfast and they had some gluten-free options.

Only negative this was the beds, hard as rock other wise good place.

Best Western brand really is an awesome place to stay.
From very decent breakfast ( included) in the morning to incredibly clean and made up rooms, non-carpet flooring ( noted, thank you, and they are great), strong water pressure in the shower ( so much appreciated after a very long hot day drive) .
Customer service is sweet, helpful and polite.
Definitely recommend!!

If we could, we'd give more than a 5*. We stayed for only one night driving from Halifax to get a good night sleep before heading to Montreal. We had two small issues in our room which were cleared out within minutes. We want to thank Tate & Jason for always being there for us. They are 2 amazing young men with a kind personality in helping their guests feel comfortable. The parking just outside the door was great but their morning breakfast was amazing. Lots of cereal, breads, apples & bananas and yogurt with hot breakfast. There are plenty of sausages, eggs, waffles, potatoes & ham with OJ, apple juice and milk. You make your own toasts & waffles with coffee & tea on the side & small pastries & muffins! Everything was amazing & next time we visit this will be our next stopover for sure.

A very nice hotel.

The rooms are large and spacious and very comfortable.

Staff are friendly and polite professional.

A real breakfast which was nice yes you have to prove that you have COVID vaccine but at the end it’s much easier as all in all a good experience.

Would have been nice to enjoy hot tub.

And would happily go back again.

Top notch quality and value. I had occasion to spend a few nights at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised overall. The size of the room, its' cleanliness, and excellent service by the staff made my stay truly great. Thank you.

The most important thing about the place is that it is very close to the mall...😁😁😎 the service is very important and in my opinion it was good... the rooms are comfortable and clean... the staff that I met was very polite... thank you very much. .😃

Absolutely BEST BED ever!! Beds mean everything in a good night stay! Place was also super clean, no musky, smoke or pet odors. Front desk staff was very friendly and inviting. We read reviews at some 4 star places closer to River(mostly bad reviews) area which lead us here at Best Western- reviews are spot on! They also have a full breakfast!

My friend and I stayed here a couple nights in March. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and one of the best hotel experiences I've had (it actually might be the best one now that I think of it). Very comfortable beds, nice rooms, friendly staff, etc. I truly enjoyed my experience here and so did my friend. We had a great weekend and look forward to coming back someday. Only downside is there's no hot tub at the pool. Fantastic hotel though and I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a hotel in Saint John to stay here.

Our room with king bed and whirlpool in room was great. Clean and up to date appliances. Good breakfast offering for a hotel in the morning. The floor in our room was even a soft memory foam like carpet and felt amazing. The couple next door were having an arguement I could hear through the wall at 1am but after a few bangs on the wall they quieted down quick. We would stay again.

Great hotel, staff are awesome very helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy.
Its quiet , just how like it.
Breakfast is good.. only down side is that it's the same food every morning, I have been here for just over a week and have no complaints.
