I can’t say enough great things about Dr. MacKenzie and her team! They truly care about their patients, took the time to listen and answer any questions I had, and are very knowledgeable. I had a consult with another orthodontist previously and the expected results weren’t what I was looking for and were a 12+ month timeframe. I went to see Dr MacKenzie and instantly knew I had made the right decision. The expected results (and now the final!) exceeded my expectations and I finished my treatment within 6 months! My only regret is I wish I had done it sooner. I highly recommend this office!

I went through MacKenzie for my orthodontist treatment and have had nothing but amazing treatment! I decided to bring my 9 year old daughter to her for her consultation and I am glad I did! Mackenzie and her team go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and understand your treatment. Dr Mackenzie did not only just fill me in on my daughters possible treatment but also directly spoke to my daughter, making sure she understood how her treatment will go! We both appreciate Dr MacKenzie and her team!

I have had an excellent experience with MacKenzie Orthodontics. I had braces as a young child and was not always dilligent with retainer use over the years. When I went for a consult to see if the little gaps in my teeth could be fixed again, they were able to provide me with a 10 week invisalign program. I am only on the fourth week and I'm already seeing great results! Everytime I have an appointment, the staff are extremely professional. Dr. MacKenzie is very knowledgeable and explains how the process works. She also explains what she's doing as she works with and makes adjustments with your invisalign during the appointment. Not to mention, the uptown location is beautiful and clean. Very modern! I would recommend their services if you're looking for an even better smile.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr MacKenzie and the entire team. From the very start of my journey with them, it has been obvious that patient satisfaction and providing the best patient care is their #1 priority. I’m only 4 months into my Invisalign treatment and I’m astounded by my results so far. We started with Dr Mackenzie when she was located in Fredericton. When she moved to Saint John we followed her and drove from Fredericton for our appointments. Staff were very friendly!! The doctor made my daughter very comfortable. Very kid friendly I would highly recommend. Also the place is very clean although it's still under construction you can't even tell.
