Last June our condo was flooded by a leak in the walls of the unit above us, a waterline ran non stop for over 4 hours before the fire department came and shut off the water.
We had water two to three inches deep in our entire home, destroying our wood floors, carpets, etc. The water came in thru our closets and ruined almost all our clothing and shoes, and everything else that was at floor level.
Service Master came thru for us and saved the day. They have the finest crew I've ever worked with, and I've been a homebuilder for over 45 years. Their employees are the hardest working, honest, most efficient contractors in Victoria, bar none! They stayed and worked late, overtime if needed, to be sure we were moved back into our home properly. They were always there to help us get items corrected that we missed initially, and they were quick to tell us when we could buy and replace items that were a total loss.
If you ever are in the position of needing Restoration services, either from fire or flood, you should call ServiceMaster.
Roberta White and Lynda Duffy are two of the finest managers you could ask for. It's like they could read our minds and they knew what we needed before we had to ask in most issues!

I can't say enough about these people. Kelly and his crew are miracle workers. I had to dispose of an old motorhome that a family member had been living in. I was given the contact info of ServiceMaster by a 3rd party. After contacting them, I arranged for a meeting and everything was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. I was even given updates at things progressed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When faced with an emergency clean up job at around 3:00 PM one afternoon that couldn't wait it was suggested to me to call ServiceMaster Clean. Leigh assisted me on the phone and advised it may be difficult that late in the day and that the various crews were dispatched already in other parts of town. Drew arrived within an hour and proceeded to remedy the situation with such professionalism and care that I had never experienced before. It was a difficult job he encountered but he tackled it with no hesitation. He was absolutely first rate in his manner and detail to attention as well as being very polite and kind person. Highly recommend.

ServiceMaster has been a great company to work with. They showed up when they said they would, they phoned and kept me in the loop how my restore was going after the great flood of Sidney Nov 2021. Told me what will be done and when. The workers were always polite and helpful.

Brought an olefin area rug with pet stains in for cleaning; they were very professional, flexible about pickup and drop off times, very reasonably priced, and did a great job cleaning it! Friendly staff as well, and my rug looks brand new. Will definitely use again.

ServiceMaster of Victoria is a company I would recommend to my friends.

I called them for an estimate on the phone, and they stuck to it. They scheduled an appointment with me for the next day, and arrived exactly on time. It is hard to say that about a lot of other service providers.

The service performed was a cleaning of two sofas with pillows, cleaning of a mattress, and the cleaning of a small carpet area in the office den. Everything was done professionally, without any issues. I was very satisfied with the result. The technician who came to my home was professional, courteous, and did a very good job.

At the end, I was able to pay by credit card.

Servicemaster of Victoria exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their service.

Mayne Island Resort contracted service master to clean all of our upholstery and drapery. They did an excellent job, fast and professional. Some of our units were up to two hundred feet away and they had no problem reaching. We are very pleased with the results. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I was very happy the results of the servicemaster carpet cleaning. There were two men, Peter and I believe his son. They were prompt, very efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. They moved and replaced furniture when required. I have to admit the carpet under my bed was very dusty and this was brought to my attention which I appreciated. I will have to remember to vacuum before I get it done again. I was impressed and referred your company to my sister in law Barbara Caird. The price was right and I would hire Servicemaster again.

Excellent service! I got a booking right away. I paid exactly what the initial quote on the phone was. The cleaning products were all green and left no odour so I had no hesitation putting my kids to sleep in the rooms that were cleaned even a couple hours after the cleaning. Super happy! :)

I had a flood and was most impressed with Chris and his team from Service Master. Very accommodating with our family's needs as our house was put through the repair stages. I highly recommend them.
