Mundy Park Hillcrest Parking Lot

A little bit of forest close to home. Great for walks and fresh air. Caution there are bears, during our walk we saw a mama bear with 4 cubs.

Dog friendly, please keep dog on leash on the trails. There is a off leash area.

There are bathrooms by the playground. The playground here is one of the biggest if not the biggest in the area it’s very popular with the kids.

4 or 5 km easy walk with 2 lakes, a lot of shadow from trees, walk is not very hot in summer! 100% recommended.

Love Mundy. Off leash every day before 10am. I find most dog owners are very responsible and I haven’t had many issues at all on the trails. The perimeter is a 4 km almost one hour walk and is flat, but there are a few other loops within.

Beautiful urban forest perfect for walking and relaxing in nature. Be aware that the dog off leash hours end at 10am and they do enforce the law. Mundy Park is a beautiful respite from the stress of the city life.

Beautiful park especially during crisp sunny days of Autumn. Very peaceful but tends to have traffic noise if you're walking in the North East part of the park.

Nice lake in the middle. Of course you cant swim there.

Parking a bit at a premium but a great place for a picnic. We had a nice walk thru the forest too.

One of the best parking lots at Mundy Park. You drive in and park your car in a clearly designated parking spot, highlighted by two white lines. Can't go wrong there.

Great trails. I went geocaching with my friend and we really enjoyed how well the trails were maintained and how beautiful it was.

Walk around is fabulous, new park is very busy but lots of wonderful things to do

Good wide lanes, but no direction which way too go and faint parking lines. Not too busy. Has disability parking.

Before 10am there are so many people out walking their dogs, it’s such a nice place to go for a relaxing walk

It's a parking lot, and it does that really well. Enter on the south side, exit on the north, simple yet efficiently elegant.

Great ball park with kids playground and walking yrails. Frisbee golf course as well.
