I recently lost my more rewards card. I mentioned it to Maggie at the checkout. She told me to go to customer service and have someone check the lost and found. I thanked Maggie and headed to customer service where Lena helped me. She had 6 cards in the lost & found. She scanned them all and mine was the last one! They were so helpful and just made my day. It's no wonder I love shopping there. They really do care about their customers. They get 5 stars from me!

Parking is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of their meat is excellent and the meat department staff are excellent!

Save On Foods never disappoints!!

We have always had an amazing experience whether it is for a quick grocery shopping, browsing around and getting the wonderful service at the florist section of the store!

On my late night run to get some flowers tonight, the sweet lady named Melissa helped me and wrapped my flowers with a big SMILE about 5 minutes before closing the store. Whe made my night as I have had similar experiences at Save on Foods quite often they employees are AMAZING :)

I don't know what it is about the Austin Station Save-On-Foods but I really like it compared with the others we use. This one's on my way to-and-from work, it's always clean, feels more welcoming, and the staff just seem to smile more readily. This last visit, early morning, was no exception!

They have a very nice pharmacy with very friendly pharmacists. The grocery selection is rather slim compared to big stores and they carry more name-brand items so the prices are a bit higher.

However the bakery and deli are fantastic and those are what keep me coming back. Love the fresh bread and foot sandwich meat selection. And the selection of prepared meals isn't too bad either.

Bought a birthday in the Bakery dept. It was a Frozen (movie) vanilla cake with lots of decor, icing and design. They did an excellent job and my family loved the cake especially my daughter. I appreciate the time and detail they put in. I highly recommend their bakery department for children's birthday cakes. They also have other great choices. I will be ordering my child's future birthday cakes here.

When the Thrifty's was here before, Save-On-Foods had big shoes to fill and they've done a good job making the store feel local. They've got great selection and a good staff.
Better than the Safeway down the street as far as pricing goes.

Online grocery pick up is the best here. Great experience, friendly, fast, loaded into my car for me, and all items were perfect. I was notified of substitutions, and all were exactly what I would have picked. Well done Save On Foods! This service is on point!!

Manager of this store is super nice I went there one time later in the night and the deli was closed . I was standing there to ask someone if it’s closed he came over and personally shaved the lunch meat and gave it to me .
The pharmacy person is super nice too they always have flu shots Available and they are very polite .

This is my favorite save on foods by far because everyday I go to the pharmacy and the staff asks me and my husband how we are how are days going compliments there helpful sweet caring outgoing think about the kids they offer a piece of fruit to kids free they have amazing pharmacy staff sweet caring and helpful beyond especially if you have problems with your scrips amazing to loyal costumers. Amazing bakery and deli section best food by far.

The Austin Station store is a very welcoming store. There is always a positive atmosphere with plenty of smiles from staff and management. And they serve customers with respect. We have lots of stores to choose from in our area who offer the same services, but because of the atmosphere at Austin Station store, we choose to shop there.

You may pay a little more, but it has more than just the popular items. It has Dave's bread. What is so special about it? Ever since Costco in its wisdom dropped its ciabatta bread that hadn't affected my blood sugar level, I had to find a substitute. This works, but now the stove close to where I live that continues to carry out.

Nice looking store with good selection and quality. It's location in the suburbs is perfect for grabbing last minute items or keeping away from the busier shopping areas. Moreover, the staff are consistently friendly and courteous.

Cute little location for a Save-On. Prices aren't the best but I love the convenience of this store being across the street from my house. Despite the pandemic the shelves are pretty well stocked and organized.

Clean store. Everyone is social distancing. Shelves are full. Vegetables are fresh. Good experience, I brought an eighty- eight year young client and it was a good experience for her

Always quality products. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

Mountain top groceries for those on the hill. Be careful with ice on the roads, but a great store, very clean, and not incredibly crowded

Usually I don't shop there but checked it out to pick up a few things on my way home. ..Really great deals. ..I think I will go more often now.

This is my go to grocery store. It has everything I need. The store is very organized and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location. 5 ⭐
