Canada Post puts zero effort in delivery in my neighborhood. Home or not, I always have to pick up my packages.

And as terrible as Canada Post is, this location is decent

Package fit through personal letter mail slot and other post office accepted it but this one won't because it didn't "fall through" the slot. I told the worker it was fine and if the shipping facility has a problem with it they will send it back to me. She said no and wouldnt take it. Will never ship a package there again. Any post office is better. If I could give zero out of 5 stars I would.

They are really strict when it comes to Lettermail packages(size of a DVD case) would only cost $3.35 to ship. But they would put it thru a mail slot and if it doesn't fit they'll make u ship it with tracking number and it costs between $25-30 to ship. All they have to do is push it thru the slot without any struggle. Even though my package was a little bit thick because of the bubble wrap I put. I tell them just push it through but they refused. I have no other problems with other places like this. Don't recommend coming here. 0-5 stars.

The clerk working at 6pm tonight helped someone who was after me. I was standing in line for a bit. Then she asked why my ID didn’t match the delivery address. I just moved to St. Albert! She kept telling me it’s an issue. When finally she said haha well I didn’t know. Rude but kind to everyone else she served.

Slow, lazy service. Would recommend sending packages elsewhere. Made me wait an extra 24 hours on pickup because they didn’t want take the 15 minutes to process the package when it arrived. Would expect better postal service from Canada Post.

I'll avoid this place. The few employees I've met were not nice at all. Very short & rude, weren't very helpful with questions. Will be looking at different shipping solutions.
