I have had some pretty traumatic experiences with dentists, so me taking the step to go, caused a lot of anxiety with me.
But these group of people are absolutely amazing. They are gentle, informative, helpful in every way. I really appreciate your team putting in the work for me to feel better. It goes a long way! I look forward to continuing using Westhills Dental!

Love it here! And that says a lot cause it’s the dentist… lovely people! Very organized and clean. The hygienists and dentists are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Tv on the ceiling for dental procedures is awesome! Parking isn’t amazing but not horrible. I like Fridays cause they usually play country music! Definitely recommend

I was phobic about dentists before coming to this office. The caring and kind treatment I received has turned this around and now I find myself actually looking forward to my visits. If dentists scare you then this is the place for you.,

Recently switched to this office and really like it. All of the staff are friendly and are casual while remaining professional. The dentist takes the time to check in with you and walks you through everything. First time I felt completely at ease at a dentist.

Always a great experience. Greeted immediately (personally), great conversations in managing expectations with insurance. Totally respectful about budgetary needs, and accommodating physical ailments. Plus, the office space is really open and nice. Absolutely recommended!

Never liked nor could afford a dentist as they always seemed to be in it for the money aspect and not the human nor health aspect.
Dr Kelly you are one of a kind and in my mind one of the best! Your whole staff including the front desk receptionist Alison is truly amazing and much prefers to put us humans before any sort of costs.

Discussed everything prior to proceeding, and submitted my benefit info a bit ahead of time to prevent unexpected charges. All staff were very communicative and kind.

Just moved into Langford and kept driving by the place, so I checked out its reviews and decided to try it. OMG, amazing! I am a challenging case (went in for standard cleaning) due to radiation treatments which change everything in my mouth.

Assuming I have the right name from my receipt, "KEHLY S" did my cleaning. She was amazingly ferocious about getting into all the nooks and crannies. It was probably the most painful treatment I've had in a long time, but she was incredibly thorough. As I have issues with my teeth due to the radiation, I'm grateful for her exuberance; speaking of which, her personality rocks. She was a pleasure to interact with.

Going in next week for a "first time exam". Hopefully the dentist will be as great as the hygenist and front desk staff.

Kind people, always making the patient feel comfortable. I just moved to the Island and feel very grateful that I found this dental clinic. Highly recommended!

I have been living in the Westhills area for a few years now and use the YMCA, the Library and Tim Hortons regularly. It is not possible not to notice the beautiful Westhills Dental offices jutting out in perfect harmony with the neighbourhood adjacent to Langford Lake and Westhills Parkway. When I needed a dentist I did not hesitate to give Westhills Dental a chance. Their offices are even more beautiful inside. The practice was able to fit me in to their schedule and even squeeze in an additional appointment the same day as my general examination appointment. I was extremely impressed with their strong emphasiss on patient-staff relationship building. I was treated very well and was made to feel very comfortable. Lastly and most importantly, I was really impressed with the balance they provided for doing their job to the fullest and also accomodating my needs and wishes. My teeth are very happy campers today as a result! I would drive across the provice to keep seeing these folks! I highly recommened this dental practice to the area! Ps. A special shout out to Dr. Muirhead and his ultra able assitant Georgia for their excellent care of me! Thank you all!

Going to the dentist was never something I could enjoy because of bad memories and not really great experience. Everything has changed because I finally found a place where I can feel safe and taken care of. I am not always comfortable with treatments but who really is? Oral health is incredible important.
When u enter Westhills dental you will feel welcome. Ladies at the front desk are really nice and kind, they will accommodate you, they will also call to inform you that there is a spot because someone decided to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
U will be informed about approximately cost in advance.
Dr. Muirhead is a really great dentist, with passion and years of experience. He fixed all my teeth and I have a very difficult teeth to work on.
Georgia is a CDA. She is incredible nice and professional.
Melissa is my Dental Hygienist. Its is pleasure to have an appointment with her. She will show how to clean teeth well, she will recommend best practices.

Dr. Russo was amazing. I had a pain issue with one tooth going back 20 years and she was able to resolve it very quickly. Everything they said was 100% spot on. The front staff were very friendly and able to explain all billing issues quickly. I am so happy with this place!

We take our 5 year old and just started taking our 1.5 year old here. This dental office is so friendly and so good with kids. They have TVs and a really cool prize system. Our kids love it here! If you’re looking for a great dental office - this is it!!

The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff especially Page and Melissa! I always feel embarassed to go to a dental clinic but this clinic made me feel like home as a foreigner.

I didn’t have a regular dentist in the area and had a significant issue with a tooth so I turned to google for assistance. I contacted Westhills Dental and the lady I spoke to was so pleasant and able to get me in the next day, which happened to be a Saturday (bonus!) The dentist and hygienist I saw were incredible, professional, understanding and able to explain everything. I ended up returning a couple of days later for a full cleaning! Emily was informative, patient and answered all of my questions. Best dental experience ever!!
