Not impressed. The woman was really dismissive on the phone. I purchased the scotch guard couch protectant as part of the purchase I made from Leon’s for a new couch. The price was under $200 which I was fine with. The application happened two weeks after I bought the couch which was nice. And it took less than 10 minutes which was also nice. However, I watched the gentleman spray my couch, and he missed most of the upper half of my couch. Nothing was done for the lower couch frame. Pretty much only the cushions you sit on, and 2/3rds of the cushions you lean against were sprayed. I didn’t notice him spend any time spraying the arms of the couch were most of the spills are likely to happen. Overall, I am unimpressed. If it prevents stains, awesome but the lack off application and even booking of the appointment was frustrating. I paid nearly $200 for my couch to be protected. Not for half my couch to be done.

Through Leons. Difficulty booking for four weeks, missed appointments. Was told the couch was already covered, they'd take clean up any stains. Guy was dismissive, should have booked earlier, booked on a weekend. He dragged a coffee table that was hardly in his way and scratched my flooring.

Very careless, would not let inside my home again.

A little under a year ago I got this service added when I purchased my new couch from Leon's. Being just moving in my new place it was hard to make arrangements for them to come by. Once settled in this company no longer returned my phone calls. I wasnt able to get ahold of them and they already took my 100$. Sketchy how this business runs out of a home and has no website, no email. I'm contacting BBB to resolve this matter.
