H&R Block

Hello….

I went into H&R block today with some hesitation and was scared because I knew I was behind on some taxes and needed to face the inevitable and deal with my situation.

I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Linda who took my info and got me in right away.

Upon sitting with the tax specialist Nicole Norquay and her associate Nicole Braun the two ladies unearthed what I thought to be years of problems.

I have to say I left the office today with tears of joy knowing they had my best interest at heart and were going to do all they could to make things work best for me. We are reviewing past taxes and this years. Professional, kind, and caring would sum up my experience and I will definitely be back for years to come !!! Keep up the great work ladies !!!

We have been dealing with Lin for 6 years now, and we always have a good experience. There usually is a wait... Its tax season and some people are more complicated then others. We have never had much of an issue. Both my husband and I got instant refunds this year. They called us probably an hour to 1.5 hours later to come get our cheques.

Lin Lennon at H&R Block has done our taxes for years and we trust her. We thank her for her great service and professionalism.

I've been using h&r block for years. Maybe used a small business type accountant once in my life... they know my tax history, or they have access to it on the computer. No complaints.
