When I first met with MNP I was very nervous and embarrassed. It was hard for me. I really needed help with my finances. My first appt. went very well with the representative and I trusted that they knew the best option for me!

I was very nervous and feeling somewhat ashamed. Never did I think I would be going through something like this but it happened. The people at MNP are wonderful and made me feel very good during the whole process. They made me realize doing a consumer proposal was my best option and to feel good about my choice.

I had no idea what we were going to do, how things would end up. Going into bankruptcy is never an easy decision, but MNP has made it an wonderful process. Any and all options were fully explained, any questions we had were answered, nothing was hidden or shady like some consolidation companies can be. You get counselling and tons of information to help you going forward so that you hopefully never end up in a situation where you need them again! Definitely would recommend!

My MNP experience was completely positive. Very understanding staff that did nothing but help me get to a better place, sooner rather than an unending never. Anyone going through conditions beyond their control can use their help to see if you can get debt free sooner.

I walked in desperate and thinking I would be going to jail because my bills got out of control and the credit card companies were threatening me with jail and taking my home. I expected to be turned down. At the very least I would end up on the street. That didn’t happen. They went to bat for me and I have never felt so relieved in my life. I am now starting to rebuild my credit and my finances are under control. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Thanks MNP.

NMP were very professional when completing our proposal. they laied out all the requirements needed to be completed prior to signing any documents. They were up front with our options, although when you walked in i felt very nervous and some what ashamed to be in this situation, but when i walked out I was confident I was making the right decision. The case worker was was always egar to answer any of my questions even after signing for the proposal. I have since recommended them to others that have found themselves in a financial situation.

They are very knowledgeable about all the choices available to me. Prompt and precise with the information necessary to make an informed decision. Helped me through the process and made it absolutely stress free. Extremely happy with all the help and information i received. Best decision i made is to rely on MNP.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when I started my consumer proposal, gave me multiple options to help me with getting my debt under control and explained all options in detail so I fully understood the process I was going to be going through, during my consumer proposal they have been very understanding and helpful to accommodate and extra help I have needed as well

Great experience regarding a stressful situation. They are easy to work with and no pressure when consulting them to actually take their services, but gave me info with no pressure. Went with them and worked with Diane which was great.
