We had an amazing experience with got smile dental center not only is it as clean and safe, environment with the staff are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and make the overall experience amazing, especially for children as today was my daughter's first cleaning and she had such a great time that she asked if we could go back in and see the dentist again. That is definitely saying something good about them. Highly recommend them. Definitely a 10 out of 10

I am not a fan of the Dentist but all the staff are amazing and really set you at ease. First time in years getting a filling and not smelling or tasting burnt teeth.

My family and I had THE best experience with the Got Smile team today. Marco was my husbands DH and he had only positive things to say about Marco’s care and overall positive attitude and kindness. My 2 kids and I had Erin who was beyond phenomenal. She and I had some laughs and a good chat throughout my appointment and she was amazing with my 2 boys when each of them were in the chair, gently and calmly explaining each step along the way and letting them be involved in the process whenever possible. Special thanks to Bailey who took time with my youngest while his brother was in the chair with Erin. They coloured, brushed baby sharks teeth and in the end he cried because he didn’t want to leave! I cannot say enough about this experience. Every single employee was amazing and we look forward to keeping the Got Smile crew a part of our health care team for years to come. Thank you all so much!!!

This was genuinely the first dental experience I’ve ever enjoyed. In the past, I have dealt with a ton of anxiety with dental offices, but I was nothing but comfortable the entire time!!! Incredibly inviting and friendly staff and a beautiful clean environment. I would recommend this office to anyone I can!!!!

Great work, nice people. I don't look like a redneck with chipped teeth anymore 👌. All of the cavity pain is gone, eating isn't uncomfortable anymore.

Wonderful experience once again. The receptionist was so kind and caring from the minute we walked in and megan the hygienist was so patient and kind with my little guy. He was very nervous but she walked him through everything and for the first time he let her clean his teeth. We are so happy with our experience today!

Marco and Morgan are amazing there. I'm always so happy to have either of them clean my teeth. Marco was awesome today. As he was cleaning my teeth, my daughter was done hers and headed to my room. Marco asked her to be his assistant and got her all gloved up and she assisted Marco with my teeth cleaning. She adores Marco.

From the receptionist at the front desk to the hygienists and dentists at the chair, every staff member I have ever interacted with in this office has been pleasant , efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nobody tries to convince me that I need extra services, particularly cosmetic ones. They are worth the drive from north of Belleville and I recommend them to everyone who asks me. - Claudia

Erin at got smiles napanee is the best dental hygienist I have ever encountered.

I have high sensitivity, too sensitive for the water tool, based on many previous experiences, yet Erin’s technical approach is so good that we started using it again, making cleaning faster and better.

Extremely happy with my cleaning by Erin at Got Smile. She is very gentle and attentive and immediately puts you at ease which is most important for me. I appreciate her knowledge and she happily explains everything. So down to earth. Very, very happy with their services.

My daughter had her first appointment with a new to her hygienist Marco, he is a funny happy smiley person and it's contagious. My kiddo hates the dental experience usually but Marco had her laughing and joking and she sat like a champ for him to clean her teeth and xray. Marco and the entire staff are amazing and friendly.

Dr. Weaver is wonderful at taking time to explain things. I was apprehensive about a procedure but his demeanor has been kind and courteous each and every time making the visits better. The staff have all been wonderful and they always welcome me with a smile. As someone picky about dentists, this office has made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I was visiting a friend from out of town when I broke a tooth. The clinic not only agreed to see me with same day service, they fixed my issue on the spot. In and out in less than an hour. Staff and service was exemplary.

Had a first time appointment with Got Smile today. My hygienist Erin was friendly and very helpful. Ladies at the front desk were lovely and even offered me a discount when my insurance didn’t fully cover my visit.

I’m a new patient of the clinic and must say that the two appts. I’ve had with them were great! Staff are welcoming, kind and friendly. They answered any questions or concerns I had. provided lots of information and offered to make a referral for me to get a second opinion which I appreciated. It feels like your walking into a small family run office were they take the time to connect with their patients.
