First thing I noticed was how clean and organized the store is.
The staff, young and older, are well trained in customer service.

We switched from Shopper's drug mart. Omg! Difference is astounding! They are ready to help, have medications ready on time, no attitude, courteous!

Great pharmacy, friendly staff, advertised specials are usually well-stocked. Generous weekly air mile deals often available.

Stopped in to replenish some make up supplies. L'Oreal is my preferred brand but none of the displayed products had prices. When I questioned the staff person, I was told "bring the products you're interested in to the cash and I will scan them. It's too much trouble to price them all.' I went to Walmart.

Do not scan at advertised prices and therefore overcharge and also like to scan items twice to charge double. If you ever need to go here make sure you aren't ripped off as it is always a hassle to get a refund!

7 pm on a Monday and supposed to be open for another hour and they are closed.

Terrible customer service and even worse communication from the pharmacy.
