Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff. The spacious aisles are well-stocked and clean. Favourite place to get groceries.

Love love love the Bakery, always my to go for Birthdays, special occasions, and more! Everything is so fresh and made on location daily.
The fresh produce section has wide variety of fruits and vegetables. You're sure to find something to test your palette.
Blood oranges are one of my favourites!

I refuse to shop anywhere else for my produce and meat, Metro cannot be beat!

I wanted to share my story and say a big thank you to the man who returns the shopping carts at the napanee metro. I had run out of wiper fluid during poor weather and was going to try and make it home without it but after taking my cart for me this kind man offered to give me some of his to make sure i got home safe. Thank you so much. I hope i can repay the kindness some day

Always a good experience shopping there. Everything well organized. Always helpful workers who goes the extra mile to find what product your looking for. The bakery even offered to bake some muffins and deliver them to my home, because they did not hav what I was looking for. Friendly cashiers who are always in such great spirits and so kind. A beautiful place to shop

This store is a good size for shopping, Great selection of fresh meats, veggies and fruit produce. Very clean well kept store. Very polite and lovely staff. Definitely will be shopping here more often, and love when stores here have an in house bakery.

Thank you Metro Napanee for maintaining such cleanliness and great care to keep customers safe during the pandemic. I appreciate your bakery staff who are genuinely helpful and so nice to deal with. Thank you for stocking your store with quality, Canadian produce instead of the cheap, factory-farmed American stuff that the discount grocery stores feature. Thank you for carrying quality meats and not the water-injected poultry carried by No Frills and other discount type stores. Your store prices are higher, yes, but we shop the sale items and enjoy good food, good health practices and good service from your store!

Great day as vegan items were on sale. Almost no stores have sales on them. Watermelon taste great and 40% less than No Frills. No wait in line. Friendly staff. Lots of parking.

Stopped at metro to grab deli meat and fresh buns for my families lunches. There deli meats and buns are fresh and so delicious. If you try it im sure you'll return. Also they have many other fresh baked options to choose from. Try it! I dare you. Enjoy!

Very clean store. The cashier at self checkout was very helpful and friendly. Found everything I needed.

Under 10 bucks gets you 2 bacon wrapped sausages. (Or any other protein) 2 sides and a can of coke... Quick, easy and filling.

Easy checkout and floor staff readily answered our queries.

We were at the napanee location yesterday all covid conditions were met very well. We were in the process of leaving when all of a sudden I ended up having an seizure the staff rushed out to help me and followed my wifes instructions too the tee . The assistant manager and several customers one being a psw basically saved my life. On behalf myself and my family i would like to te everyone for there help....

A bright, clean grocery store that will meet all your needs. Flowers, pharmacy, bakery & meat shop. Large selection of cheese and cold cuts. The produce is average at best but usually fresh.

I always love going to metro, their produce if by far the freshest even though it can be pricey it's the quality of the food. Also their ready to go food selection is quite large and the prices are fair. Sometimes its the best place to go for lunch
