Nice clean store, well stocked and plenty of flyer products in stock, the only disappointment was the self checkout( I perfer self checkout) it is limited amount of items, have a little more trust in your customers.

Hands down my favourite No Frills location. It's like the stop shopping convenience of the higher end grocers with the selection of clothing, housewares, toys and seasonal furniture but keeps the No Frills prices. Top that off with the Wholesale aisle and now you know why it's my go to grocery store 👍

I've only been to a few no frills locations as I am newer to Canada. Recently moved to Bath, previously in Kingston. There's no frills has to be the biggest and nicest I think I have ever been to so far. I think this no frills location just became my top pick for grocery shopping!

No frills is my favorite grocery store in napanee. Everything is organized, well stocked, amazing prices and the store is always clean, the staff are always friendly as well.

Napanee has all the food groups you’d expect, if you’re looking for somewhere to chow down that’s not an En Route.

They are trustworthy. All you have to do is ask for anything you need if you don't know its location and you will see the staff racing to meet what you need. Thank you for your efforts.

They've updated the store and it looks fresh and polished. They have expanded their gluten free section (😍) and also added in their Joe Fresh clothing line. We always shop here for our fresh produce and use the PC Points they offer toward future grocerie purchases. They're is ample parking and quite a few accessible spots. The store entrance is also accessible.

Clean and tidy, with a large variety of selection. Welcoming and pleasant staff.

They have everything you need in a modern grocery store.

I sent a feedback to No Frills head Office but just in case this doesn't trickle down to the intended employee here is a public shout out. Karen has been my cashier a couple of times and she is amazing! Her attention to detail is exceptional! If something is ripped she asks if you want a new one,if your milk bag is covered in milk she wipes it off,if something is better priced if you buy another she tells you. Best customer service in a grocery store I have ever experienced. Well done Karen!I think she should get a raise.

This is the absolute best No Frills I have ever visited. Every time I am visiting from Barrie we always do a "run into town" and get our groceries here. It is miles better than our local Zehrs store or any of the No Frills in the surrounding areas.

Much cleaner than the No Frills in Kingston. I actually prefer to drive all the way here instead of going to the one in Kingston. Very clean store, amazing selection, great prices, very friendly staff. Very nice store, enjoy coming here.

Overall great store, with a focus on local produce seasonally. Good selection across the store including a 'health food' section, pharmacy, Joe Fresh, homewares and friendly staff. The meat is hit and miss and often not great. Appreciate they don't use a coin system with their shopping carts.

I love that they are able to prioritize locally produced food.
