Great service and a wonderful.person Jessica is. We were tired and did not have a great experience in an earlier Tim Horton. Her cheerful welcoming attitude made our day. People like Jessica should be managers.

Despite being busy, our food was ready quickly and the staff made sure to confirm that our order was correct before we left. Seems like this location has staff who take pride in their work! Thank you!!

So clean and just so nice. The lady at the counter made the best coffee in the history of all Tim Horton’s coffee . I don’t know her name but she worked on the 17th of august at 20h50, she is simply amazing.

Ordered a Take 12 (box of hot coffee with a spout!) & a dozen donuts for a crew working on my house. Emerson & Skyla were not only efficent & professional but personable as well! Excellent job. See you again in a few days!

Atmosphere can't be commented on because we went through drive though but they make a good cup of coffee...

A lovely experience going through drive through. There was a young boy at the window and he was so kind with a smile and great personality I couldnt help but thank him for making my day and gave him a tip. Job well done with a smile.

Great service.
Very friendly people working there. Just off the 401 so an easy on and off the highway stop. Much more pleasant break from driving than the typical onroute hustle and bustle. Probably actually takes less time when u factor in the wait times at the busy service centres.

Got down from 401 to have a break. Had coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, timbits and muffin. We went by evening and all racks were full. All good. Nothing to complain.

Coffee was hot and delish after a cool nights rip on the bike.

It's Tom Horton's what more can I say. Although there is one thing since Covid hit full force and Ontario has opened and every business is hiring. Ir doesn't seem as though they care what the customer wants. The same goes for tim horton's it's as though the staff don't care about pleasing the customer and they aren't very ambitious. It's as the the customer doesn't matter

Friendly staff and a clean restaurant, my daily stop in for a yummy double double and donut. Having to use Tim Hortons as a wait station, it was really interesting getting to see the donuts get dipped and made to look so delicious. Made a 2 hour wait for something unrelated bearable watching the donut artists at work.

Timmy's - even their sandwiches are really tasty!

I went there to meet up with friends and while I was waiting I had to use the restroom and I was impressed on how clean it was I've been in some places where it was totally disgusting to go in and you were afraid to use the facilities just in case you caught something. Keep up with the good job staff members it's you that make people keep coming back!!

Best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. All smiles and calling me hunny. Where do you get that? I would advice anyone passing by this town to go check it out for themselves 😊. I would have given them 110% more stars
