The prices are decent especially when they have specials on and they are very quick to get the order ready and ship it. The delays are when it goes through customs but that is outside of their control. Quality of the products have been good and packaging happens in strong boxes that does not impact the products inside.

It was so convenient to order and it didn't take as long as I expected. The products are packaged in such a way that it didn't even break one cookie, that's how well, and that was fantastic!!
Will definitely order again.

All my food arrived neatly and safely packaged. Was relieved that the Blackwell mayonnaise bottle was broken. Biscuits n spices already holding us down. Will be recommending and buying again.

Great range of products all exactly as described, priced well, and arrive on time. All the "breakables" -- jars of pickled onions for example -- are extremely well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.

This is the only place to go for treats from home. Everything is fresh and they are expert packers. Every delicate item is bubble wrapped and the most delicate of chocolate will arrive in pristine condition. I highly recommend.

The best SA shop ever. We visited my son in Houston and he told us about the shop. We went there and Oh my goodness. We bought a lot of SA goodies. The biltong and droewors is really tasteful and lean if you like lean. You can choose how you want it. The chili bites is yummy. I got some koeksisters to go, they are amazing! Love the store
