Shoppers Drug Mart

I have been to this store several times with no major complaints or praises. Any help I’ve received I’ve had to search for a staff member and ask for it. Until today, I just walked in looking at the cosmetics for just a minute when a lovely employee (Brianna) offered me help. She listened to what I wanted, was very professional and knowledgeable. She guided me to some suggested products- which I did buy and it turned out I loved them. I have never bought anything in this department before but now will be going back faithfully. Customer service is fast disappearing but this is not the case with this young lady, I wish she was in charge of training employees all over town!

I'm prescribed an injection once a month.
Shoppers in Prairie mall is the only place I'll go to get it done.
I tried two other places and all they had to do was watch a 10 minute video.

Good location. You can go into the Prairie Mall to do your shopping then detour to Shoppers to complete your shopping. Very friendly staff as well. It's good for quick shopping visit as well.

Manpreet and her staff are amazing! I have never had a pharmacist go so far above and beyond to help me out! I was stuck in a major bind while traveling and over multiple days Manpreet assisted with getting me everything I needed. I can not think of a better word then AMAZING!

Post Office drop off. Terrible about not answering the phone when calling the main phone number

This pharmacy always goes above and beyond for me. The owner/lead pharmacist remembers who i am and has even noticed when I had to leave the long lineup. Came found me in the mall and made sure I was taken care of. Absolutely top notch.

Susan was exceptionally helpful and was able to provide exactly what I needed. Couldn’t be happier with her level of customer service and the knowledge she provided. 5 Stars!!!

Picking up some prescriptions after being discharged from the hospital was made easy by a courteous, informative and efficient staff. This is also a very convenient location and it is easy and quick to get in and out.

The cosmetic department ladies are awesome. Alex and Yukari - Polite, Friendly & Extremely Helpful. Their professionalism is a definite asset.
