Tim Hortons

Wonderful location. First time at this one. You can tell the staff care. Probably a direct reflection on their boss.

Excellent fast food restaurant. A great place for breakfast and lunch. The coffee is awesome.

One of the rare Tim Hortons that always got my order right.

I love all the staff! The evening guy that gave me an extra two tim bits that one time you're friggin amazing and you are sooooooo kind.

Good service and food is good and not too expensive

Staff always friendly and my order is always right. I was glad to see staff enforcing provincial 'evidence of vaccine' protocols recently and upset to see customers giving staff a hard time about them doing the job our elected government granted them the right and obligation to do.

System was down when buddy and I were there and one of the lovely workers Katlyn decided to give us a chai tea on the house. Lovely workers and awesome service. Best Tim's in town!

I have to give it 5 star because of the owner of this restaurant . I had a mix up in order at this Tim hortons and while sitting there I filed a complaint on their website. The Owner of this place called me , he did everything possible so that this kind of thing never happens again. Amazing person , would definitely love to go to a place where top management is trying to improve, as mistakes can happen but releasing it and let it not happen again is the best we can do .

Almost always quick. Day Staff has been the same for years. Finally fixed the holes in the parking lot. Still not an ideal set up for the drive thru. It's a gamble to enter off st Albert trail. I've seen next level drive thru rage but most of us seem to be able to get along.

Met at the oldest Tim Hortons location in St.Albert for a meeting with my boss. Talked to one of the employees there (not the manager) who has been working at this location for 17 years, which I found impressive. He was quit personable and quickly made my coffee and my bosses cinnamon spice tea while we chatted (the restaurant wasn't too busy). The boss and I sat by the fireplace and had a productive meeting, largely due to the relaxed and homey atmosphere there. Thanks Tim Hortons^^.

Not only Tim hortons was amazing there actually was people there who helped me fix my flat tire. Very nice people. If I hadn't craved a coffee i would have been on the highway with a blow out tire. Serendipity.

Always get icecaps that are so tasty and sometimes breakfast and I have to say is very good. Glad you're using fresh eggs! Everything is always so fresh!

HORRIBLE SERVICE VERY RUDE, Was the only customer inside the restaurant and never had a horrible experience like this, they left an EGGSHELL In my sausage and egg muffin and the list could go on. Disgraceful

This Tim Hortons is constantly on. It makes you wonder if they're fearful of reprimand or they love what they do. I imagine it's love, however blind my imagination may be.

Great experience. I went in this morning and the lady at the till was friendly and patient while i found my reward card. I even won a free coffee!

Got a Gretzky with a friend be cause he lost a bet, dude who took our order laughed with us about it. I would reccomend coming here, fast service as well

One of my boys works at this location and always says that their drive thru is more efficient in the ways they serve thier customers.

The service was amazing, but the temperature inside was way too high and very uncomfortable

Just like most of the Tims, this one is also a gem. 2 restaurants(Wendy's & Tims) in one hence a wider scope to choose your amazing breakfast or any other meal.
