I THINK I had Allan himself but I can’t be sure. Either way, wow!!! Such a friendly and knowledgeable man. Super efficient and so fairly priced. He was punctual, informative and got the job done in no time at all. He even went out of his way to put items away back under my kitchen sink. It’s gestures like that that truly make all the difference in the world. I can’t recommend this company enough and I’ll absolutely be using their services in the future for all of my plumbing needs!!!! Thank you Allan’s!!!!

I've dealt with Allan's Plumbing and Heating on a few occasions and have had nothing but a great experience with them.

Recently our electric boiler went in our home. Allan came out, diagnosed the issue, ordered a new boiler and installed it all with in a few weeks.

Allan and crew have been our plumbers for 12 years now. We've called on them about a half dozen times now. The process is always the same: they pick up the call right away or call us back asap; they see us very quickly if not immediately; they always know what the problem is (even on our very old house); they can and do always fix it completely. They are very friendly, honest, and cheap which is a bonus...but does not matter when you have a plumbing emergency. What matters is that they are available 24/7 and solve it fast. Allan himself once left his own Christmas dinner table to fix a leaking pipe just beside my own dinner table. Guy doesn't even know me. Highly recommend this business.

Coworker referred me to Allan’s Plumbing. They were quick to respond and had someone out to my place when I was available. I had to have them return a few days later and they wouldn’t let me pay them for the follow up work. Their service was very much appreciated.

Prompt service! When we called the person had a good idea of what the issue may be related to our well. When he arrived he had all the parts with him and was able to fix on the spot. Great service and reasonably priced. I would recommend.

Couldn’t be happier about the service I received. Called and not only was Jeff a service agent at my house that same morning, he also was able to fix my problem in less than and hour and even cleaned up the mess. They are a very affordable and efficient company to deal with. Definitely will call them again with any other issues I have in the future.

Great guy. I called for a problem with my well and before they came to work on it he told me a few easy steps that might fix the problem and it worked. They could of came and done it but he helped me fix it on my own which obviously saved me money because it was free 👍He has also done excellent work for my mother.

Have dealt with both Alan and Alan’s crew spanning 20+ years. They’ve installed heating systems, tub enclosures, toilets, faucets, fixed slow drains, pipe leaks, zone valves, circulator pumps at various properties over the years. Fair and square! I do not live in St. John but ...I was there recently for a concert. I was turned around and was looking for Walmart and was going in circles. I asked a very nice man if he could point us in the right direction he said I am going that way anyway so we followed him. I thought that was nice. When he thought that we lost him i saw him pull to the side of the road to wait for us I truly appreciated his kind gesture and help!!! THANK YOU

Quick, efficient and helped me out of jam. I called at 8:30 AM and the job was done, the same day, by 10:30 AM.

They came out we flooded. Fixed a back flow drain and we haven't had problems since. I would definitely call them again!
