Dentist and hygienist are absolutely amazing. Wonderful with kids,, went in with a terrified kid, thier amazing staff made a successful appt, which was very much in question as to whether it woukd happen or not.
Thier care and attention made a world of difference today and makes an impact on the future as well.

Everytime we go to Dr.Smith at Dr. Chase's Dental Practice, the service is amazing. They are great with children as well adults. The Dental Hygienist and receptionist are always so happy, pleasant to be around and professional. Dr. Smith always makes you feel like you understand every aspect of your own and child's teeth. I can only say great things about this clinic, highly recommend.

I phoned for an appointment and they were able to schedule me for the very next day. When I arrived the administrative staff was very professional and courteous, and once i was brought into the clinic area for x-rays and to see the dentist it was everywhere apparent that the initial professionalism and courtesy that i had been shown by the administrative staff extended to the technical staff, and to the doctor herself, ( Dr. Logan). Where I had to end up having to get two wisdom teeth pulled my needs fell out of the regular purview of a family practitionner. However, Dr. Logan prescribed anti-biotics in order to allow some abatement to the extreme amount of pain that i was in and recommended me to one of the dental surgeons here in the city.Like most people I dis-like having to go to the dentist, and I procrastinated till the pain was too much to bear, but the entire team at Chase and Associates made it so that I was as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how quickly they agreed to see me, and really just how nice they all were.

Dr. Smith and the staff are outstanding. My questions are answered in full, my concerns are addressed to my satisfaction, and I feel safe and well taken care of. My care is personalized to me and I'm consulted each and every step of the way. I'm not crazy about going to the dentist (who is?) but I do find myself looking forward to my visits because I genuinely like the customer service and end results of their work.

Paul and Char are simply the best. Ive been going to Doc Chase for 30 years. Great Dentist, great sense of humor! ;)
