Exceptional service! Paul went above and beyond to create my new teeth. Losing my natural ones at a young age was a very emotional experience for me but he always made me feel at ease. I could tell from day one he had integrity and truly took pride in his work( which is amazing btw).His receptionist was also one of the loveliest ladies I have ever met. I am so grateful for the quality of care I received there, if I could give them 100 stars I would. So sad to see him retire but I wish him all the best. No one in this city could compare. Thank you so much Paul and Anne! :)

I was blown away by the caring and genuine interest and doing what he could do to help me. In this day where everyone is always about making money he was very honest with me and explained the re line I was inquiring about would not make much difference. many places would have done the reline taken my money with no benefit to me. This was such a refreshing experience and I felt I had to explain what the honesty and integrity meant to me . Also Anna is a please to deal with and was more than understanding when I had to change my appointment at the last minute and was very king in explaining thing to me.. Kudos to honesty and integrity . Thank You !

Funny other reviews don't give a personal name ? I thought the same as other reviews until recently requesting re-alignment. I had upper and lowers made there a few years ago. Dental surgery since wich Paul predicted. Whoever the lady was returning my call for re-alignment was polite, gave an appointment date and time. Then when I questioned price, and said maybe I misunderstood, she cancelled the appointment and said I should talk to Paul.
Later Paul called and said " all this huffing and puffing, we don't need it around here". He said his receptionist was very upset and that his notes said I complained every previous visit and that maybe I should take my business elsewhere.
( Visits for assessment , fitting, trying, and a refit. I was pleased with all).
I told him something was terribly wrong there.
Someone is over sensitive and unfair there.
Those who know me, know that's not my character. I will not have anyone defame my reputation unfairly.
