We love Dr Hicks and the entire team at Oakville Lane. The hygienists are so knowledgeable and wonderful with our children. The administrative staff always has my insurance processed before we come out of the room. They are thorough and efficient.

Very friendly front staff, attentive and never make you feel like you are bothering them. I have been to two dentists so far there and both have been wonderful. Just an overall great experience each time I have been there.

First time there after leaving another office. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. My dental assistant was great and Dr Chaison was Friendly and effective My procedure cost less then half of the same procedure at my last clinic. Highly recommend

Front desk staff are exceptionally courteous and professional. They managed to squeeze me in for a cleaning check-up before a business trip after I had to cancel twice due to illness. I really appreciated that. Erin is the ultimate dental hygienist. Meticulous. She did a masterful job at removing some embarrassing stains on my front teeth. I’m so grateful to her. And Dr. Tate is always the best.

Excellent Dentist! I’ve been to many different dentists over the years and have had my share of fillings. Dr. Hicks has done by far, the best job. I’ve never felt pain and he is very gentle and deliberate. Admittedly, he is also a good friend of mine but I drive an hour to see him for my dental work which should say it all!

I have been going to Dr. Tait for many years and just love him and all of his staff. They are all so friendly and professional. I had an awful experience as a young child, causing my parents to give up even taking me. So it is so nice for my daughter to have such a great experience growing up with Dr.Tait. She has been going here from the start and is now 15 years old. She would cry as a young child if we had an appointment and she didn’t, because she just loved going so much. Thank you for giving us the best experience for so many years and more to come.

My first impressions were very good. The office was well designed and the receiving staff who I met so far (Erin & Erica) were very pleasant and efficient. Dr Chiasson, with whom I am well acquainted has been my dentist for many years and I hope for many more. His assistant Jamie was very friendly, professional, and together they provided me with excellent care.

Have always been treated with care and compassion at Oakville Lane. The staff on the reception desk are friendly and helpful. Dr Aaron Tait is always kind and eases my stress and fears of any dental procedure. High 5 to Oakville Lane. And 5 stars.

First time today to visit Oakville Lane Dental … great place, great staff, great dentist (Dr Marr).
Reception area was welcoming and the girls there certainly seemed to know what they were doing. Dr Marr and her assistant were excellent and made the whole ordeal (chipped tooth) an easy experience. Highly recommend and appreciate their professional and respectful attitude.

I was very pleased with the dental care I received today at Oakville Lane Dental. I have anxiety around going to the dentist and I haven’t been in a while. They were so caring and made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. They provided me with a plan for the work that I need done. They are working with my dental coverage so I don’t have to worry about that. They were great and I highly recommend them!

Dr.Tait and his team are always very professional efficient and friendly. Got me in quickly with an urgent situation…hands down the best dental team I have been with!

Me, my 3 and 7 year old go here. Hands down the best dentist i've been to. The staff, hygenist and the dentist are truely amazing and so good with the kids. I don't post reviews often but thought I'd share our experience here.
