The Cellar Wine Bar and Kitchen

The family and I stopped in for lunch and we were not disappointed! We had the bourbon burger and the wrap, both were super tasty. The restaurant has a really nice feel to it and the waiter who served us was excellent. We will be back for more of those awesome burgers!

Drove from Calgary to Penticton and after the long haul I was tired and very hungry so I asked my son to find us a restaurant that had a good steak dinner. He met me at the Cellar and I ordered the 10 oz sirloin with crispy onions and a blue cheese butter. It came with fresh seasonal vegetables that were grown in their own garden and delicious mashed potatoes. The steak came to the table on a sizzling skillet with blue cheese butter bubbling away under it. As I cut it it he steak I was able to drizzle the butter over each bite .. simply amazing! Each bite was more spectacular than the previous one!

My son ordered the Mousakka dinner and it was also extremely delicious and a very generous portion. He was unable to finish his meal and had to take part of it home. The ambiance of the place is very nice and contemporary and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I will definitely go back again next time I’m in Penticton

Food and service was delightful. We enjoyed the beet salad, mussels, and French onion soup.

If you are looking for vegetarian/vegan the choices are very limited.

The desserts were salted caramel ganache & tiramisu.

Wonderful restaurant! Delicious, authentic food. Ceasar salad is soo good with full leaf, anchovies and garlic and perfectly dressed. Lamb chops and mashed potatoes were delicate , smooth and very flavorful. Loved the seafood fettuccine in a tomato sauce. Ample seafood. Very well balanced drinks were generous and never shorted on the alcohol. Service was professional and attentive. Very well done! Goes to the top of my favorite list!!

Great food, service and quiet atmosphere. The chef custom made my meal for me since I have food allergies. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

Have always liked this restaurant from few years back when it was one of the few fine dining places in Penticton. The new owners are doing great job! Laura is a very gracious hostess!!

Excellent restaurant. The Mediterranean and Greek dishes are really authentic. We’ve been for lunch a few times and dinner as well, have never been disappointed. The sockeye salmon in the 007 sandwich or the Mumbai salad is amazing so fresh and perfectly cooked. Chicken and Brie sandwich is another favorite. Dinner favs include both lamb dishes and the Cioppino. Seafood here is trustworthy and delicious. Good wine selection and very fairly priced menu. Our server Heidi was gracious and attentive. Tim has also served us and he is always excellent, tireless and always has a wonderful smile to go along with his top notch service.

Such a nice place for lunch or dinner. Their saganaki was delicious - came back for another serving! Great staff as well! Kristina and the evening server made us a delicious chocolate Martina even though it wasn’t on the menu. Beautiful views of penticton as well!

We visited the Cellar last night with friends and had an amazing time. Tim popped along to make sure we were happy, even though he wasn’t even on shift. Amanda went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and her service was second to none. And the food was fantastic! All 4 of us had different starters and main courses and every element was amazing. The atmosphere was great, classy location, love the NEW wine list. We will be back very soon!!!

Amazing place to stop and eat! Only place I've ever seen a Greek coffee - it didn't disappoint. We also had the Epic burger and the ginger beer salad wraps, sooo amazing!

Only just recently started going there but I have been happy with the assortment of food I've ordered, the penne is incredible and the cellar burger with fries is to die for! Servers are awesome too (especially Tim). All and all went there for the first time in January and have been back several times since.

Very polite and accommodating staff. Really outstanding food from the kitchen, yummy for the tummy. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Had the steak and dill feta penne. Both were so delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. The bacon wrapped scallops appywas so good

This mediterranean gem is fantastic. The flaming cheese is a must try. We had our christmas staff party here last year and our experience was incredible. One of our go to restaurants in town for dates nights :)

Delightful. Greek salad was delicious. I had the lamb chops that is listed under starters. With the salad it made a perfect meal. I had asked for medium rare. They were well done but it didn't matter because they were very tender. Demi glace was perfect with the mash potatoes. Service was excellent as well.
