Easy Rent Bulgaria

Very good service and cars. There was a problem with the credit card and they immediately solved the problem. The car was sport a5 and had a great driving experience. Staffs were very helpful and cheerful. Hope to see them again!

This is my third review regarding this company. I left one on TripAdvisor and one on Trustpilot as well. Just want to be clear that I don't have any relations with any from EasyRent (Friends or Family),so my review is based only on my own experience with them. I rented a car from 01.01.2024 until 04.01.2024, and I have to say that everything was great from the beginning to the returning of the car. I saw some service lights appear on the dashboard before my journey, but nothing major at all. The car (Audi A6) impressed me with fuel efficiency 5,5l/100km (amazing for an automatic transmission). I basically have to drive across all Bulgaria 425km from Sofia to Bourgas, and even in the beginning, the car was only with a half tank of fuel (diesel) I never stopped on any Petrol Station and even the warning red light regarding low level of fuel doesn't appeared. On my returning Evelin accept my car, and I have to confirm also my return by the fella on the desk Radoslav which make me sure that I will get my deposit back after 20 days. After three weeks, I called them and asked about my deposit, and Daniel( who I understood is Evelyn's brother) told me nothing to worry about as my money are already released and will receive it in the next day. Exactly, this happened. I received 100% of the same amount which was taken like deposit (no any fees or taxes were taken). I saw lots of negative reviews, and to be honest, I was a bit worried, but now I know that this is a genuine company that can do anything to make you happy. Thank you, guys, for your service, and I definitely will see you again. Highly recommended for everyone, simply stay calm and follow the rules of terms and conditions provided by EasyRent. Cars are always clean and reliable. Very friendly service during car rental. They are available 24/7. Even if you haven’t been able to reserve a car, they always have available ones. After using a rental car, they quickly evaluate the car and 100% return your security deposit.They are the best quick, easy and cheap rental vehicle service. I recommend them definitely 💯.

It was a great experience from the beginning to end. The staff is really helpful, friendly. We had problems with our credit card and they patiently helped us, ensuring we get the car without any problems. When we return the car, they offered us a ride from terminal 2 to terminal 1 (8 min distance by car). Great experience overall, very recommended.

Everything fine, great car rental company.
Really cheap rental price and everything was fast and smooth. You can pay the deposit with debit card, but it has to be with a physical copy of the card.
I recommend taking a video of the car when they give it to you. In our case it had a lot of scratches and when we returned it, they asked us about one that was there before but they hadn't marked it when they gave us the car. We showed them the video and everything was fine, we din't feel like they were trying to scam us, just a misunderstanding.
It is true that the deposit took a whole month to be returned, but they did it without having to ask for it.

Everything went perfectly well. Rented a luxury car for 1 week at Sofia airport. As the name states it was an easy rent! Also got my deposit back after 1 week.
Will defintely come back to rent a car again.

We had a great experience renting a car with Easy Rent. Good service.
The staff at Sofia airport counter were pleasant and friendly. This is our first time using their service and everything went smoothly. The process of renting the car was easy and fast even though we did not make any pre-booking. We rented the car on the spot at the Sofia Airport counter. The car we rented, BMW X5, was in good condition when we picked it up and everything was amazing. We just returned the car in the same condition as we picked it up, at terminal 2 Sofia Airport and the return process was fast and easy. The staff said that the car was in good condition when we return it, everything was good and there's no problem, and our deposit will be returned automatically in a few working days. Hope will get the deposit back within few days! :) Thank you Easy Rent! 👍

Absolutely amazing experience. We booked it in the last moment were able to get the car just after midnight. We offered different options and it was done so nicely by the book. We end up getting bigger and more expensive then initially planned but it felt nice. I love the freedom and the security that I can land at Sofia airport and continue my journey. Just one more reason to come back more often.

Second time I use
the company. Very good attitude, correct and I have no problem with the deposit. Both times I gave the deposit in cash and took it right after leaving the car.

We rented a car at Sofia airport from November 10th to 13th, we had a great time with the vehicle and with the staff, who were really helpful.
Also fast with the delivery of the deposit by card.
Excellent value for money.

They had prepared the car for us at 03:00 without additional fee,the car was new and comfortable, the returning was fast and easy, recommended company

We were in Sofia Airport and everything was well organized, the car was prepared and the procedure took 3 minutes.The car was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable.Deposit was returned in cash upon returning at 04:00.

We rented a car for 4 days, took it in the middle of the night after our flight was delayed and returned it at 4:00 AM.
The parking lot is in Terminal 2 and our flight back was in Terminal 1, so the salesman offered us a ride free of charge.
Most definitely will rent cars there again.

It's an amazing way to travel in Bulgaria. The staff was super friendly, they made their best to make things easy and smooth. We didn't wait for anything. And the car was just amazing. Go for it!!!

Good service, car rode well. The car had some small pre-existing damages but that not a problem and the staff returned our full deposit. We are satisfied and recommend the company.
