Druzhba Park

So few places in Sofia have water. So I like it

My favourite place to be in the weekend specially in the morning. The vibe is so friendly and calm. I love to just be there in the summer and do picnics.

One of the best lakes in the city in a quite and connected neighbourhood. Perfect for spending time with your family, kids, couple, or why not with yourself. Very nice for riding a bike, also for sunbathers 😅. Clean, with small shops-bars for food and drinks, benches around the lake, beautiful view at all :)

A hidden jewel in the city, this place offers a space for jogging, reading and fishing 🎣 I love the lake in this park and my walks there always bring me joy.

Beautiful lake to walk around and relax

Amazing place to take a short walk. There are three Orthodox churches on its shores and a beautiful bridge. Nice views towards Sofia skyscrapers and Vitosha mountain.

Very nice oasis of peace and nature within a built up area on the outskirts of the capital city!

A great neighborhood park to spend tine with friends and family. People do sports, Walk their dogs, drink beer on either sitting at the grass or st the few bars and restaurants spread around the park. The actual lake really brings in a wellbeing feeling to it all, so if you live anywhere nearby I highly recommend to visit it for some time well spent :)))

A big park surrounded the lake. The place is suitable for kids with a big playground and outdoor fitness. A very green area with lots of trees makes the park a good place for a walk even in the hot weather. There are several places to stop for a drink or food.

The park is very good for families with kids.

There are 2 new fountains near the bridge in the middle, some ducks, almost enough benches, playground for children and few places for a quick bite or coffee, even ice-cream.

Been there since I was a wee nipper. Would suggest a sit at a bench with a local brew in your hand and a friend next to you to chat with

Wonderful green and calm place where you can take a break from the city chaos. Ideal for families and ducks, or dogs :)

Beautiful but overloaded with people park. Benches, two churches, children facilities, possibility for fishing and sunbathing. The cafes and restaurants are 🔐 now. No WC.

Great place to relax around the Druzba lake. Has very good restaurants around it.

Favourite place! Much better than Vlasinsko ezero….

The gem of Druzhba. Maintained, enough choices for food and snacks, many benches overlooking the lake. Ducks, fish, nice lawns and playgrounds for kids. Going around a couple of times is enough to make your daily step count. Alleys are ok for a slow biking with the kids. It looks that soon there will be many larger buildings around, so enjoy while it lasts.
