The best happy restaurant I’ve been ! I am from Varna ,where the idea started and visiting very often … but the one in Mladost Sofia ,was above and beyond! The set up and interior are amazing ,modern and beautiful! The staff is buzzing,even the music was lovely and makes you happy ! The food is so so good ! Well done to you all! So proud to be Bulgarian,knowing places like this exist !!!

It is one of the nicest HAPPY branches, welcoming and charming ambiance, amazing food and service. I ordered the pork meatballs with baked potatoes and mushroom sauce and shopska aside and I really enjoyed my meal. I also attached the pictures of the plates that were on the table. As usual the food is absolutely amazing and the staff truly cares about your experience. My sister ordered to new salad consisting of chickpeas and hummus with vegetables, it was yummy! I might order it next time ^^
By the way, I found it nice to have a kids section next to the terrace.

Service is exceptional, staff was polite and tending to our needs. Unfortunately, this place does not allow table reservations, so if you go there at 7, you might have to wait outside till you're seated.
Food was good, great arrange of mocktails and lemonades.

The perfect restaurant for us!!!i will deffinetly repeat the experiece to eat there if I am to return in Sofia. The location is amazing and the food delicious and fresh. The personel very friendly and helpful. I regret we do not have a restsurant like this in our hometown

A very good restaurant.
Renovations are being made inside, so only the terrace is functional. Although when we arrived all the tables were occupied, we didn't wait more than 10 minutes for a table to be freed.
We parked in the parking lot in front of the restaurant (the big parking lot at Billa) and we didn't pay anything, I think the first 2 hours are free.
The menu is very large with a lot of options.
Everything we ordered was delicious. The portions are normal in size, and the prices are more than fair for what they serve.
The staff is very polite and the service is fast.

Good menu for both food and drinks, (some.diahes are a little greasy) quick service, not so much when busy but that's expected, you can turn up and ask for a table but I would reserve if your visit, if you choose around peek times, weekends it's a very busy place, definately pre book
Visited 3 branches so far as they are a big chain here in Bulgaria, all similar in interior design, some have TVs with live sports, (football English premier League was perfect for an afternoon of good food and relaxation)
If you are a non smoke as I am, you may find that some have the smoking area at the front as you enter, or rear where the toilets are located, not ideal, can smell smoke even in non smoking area. Apart from that the staff are super friendly, speak good English( I try speaking a little Bulgarian to which they smile and converse in English in return) spent my 48th birthday here, the happy birthday surprise celebration is a little embarrassing, but for kids I think it would be great memory for them 7.5 out of 10

Absolutely fantastic experience. The atmosphere was fab and the service impeccable! The food was delicious though the portions were on the smaller side - the pics are deceptive but we enjoyed the food as it was delicious and flavoursome. The sangria was on the weaker side and we would not order again - but overall a great experience. We ordered chicken fajitas, Colombian chicken , Angus sandwich, beef burger, chicken nacho as, chicken quesadilla and the Mexican salad - everything was spot on! Thx Happy for making us so happy ;)

Very good for a chain restaurant! I mean chain restaurants in western Europe are mostly trash, but this was good on all levels. Tasty food, nice prices, good service!

The food is great, I love their seasonal offers, always something different and nice. The sushi selection is also amazing and delicious. Of course sushi with fried chicken is western variation which is not Ok to be in the menu. The atmosphere inside was very nice and the staff even was dancing few times, it was fun to watch.

Love this place, my favourity "Happy" its huge. Clean, great food, good service, good value.

I know the restaurant from Ruse and it's my favourite. I had a pleasant surprise to see this location in Sofia: so big, so nicely designed, so many people, so many employees but the same awesome food and mouth-watering menu.
Please bring the franchise in Romania!

Great Restaurant with a good service all over bulgaria.

This is one of the best places in the area. A person can enjoy good quality food 🥗🍲🍛🍜🍱 , comfortable environment, well organized service and pleasent music 🎶🎵
In the atmosphere of dynamic city like Sofia 🏙🌆 I suggest this place to have good quality food prepared for short period of time.

The biggest happy I've ever visited, food as always was amazing , great service, we were in transit for 3 hours in sofia so was perfect place to go , cab from airport should be no more than 12 lev,

I was surprised how good this place was, you see the Happy chain a lot in Sofia - so I wasn't sure, but the food was excellent and the service even better !! The menu is great, loads of options and good standard

After I started living in Sofia, this is my go-to restaurant, food is amazing, the staff they have here is one of the best I've seen in Sofia, music is calm and relaxing, overall 10/10

Lots of delicious fast food options. Service was prompt and with a smile. The place is spacious. Looked full from outside but we seated on a very comfortable table.

We visited multiple times in different locations in Sofia. All were very good.

Waiters are polite and quick, the girls are good looking, food is very tasty, well seasoned and portions are enough. There is a variety of dishes from fish and sushi to steaks, burgers and vegan food. They also have good seasonal dishes. On the downside there are no pizzas and one usually has to wait for a table. There is a smoking area which sometimes makes the whole restaurant smell like cigarettes.
