This is the 4th time I have rented from here, they brought the car to the airport, this time I had a red Rav 4, lovely car. I returned the car a week later and they then returned me to the airport in a friendly manner. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for my 5th visit.

The company picked up and returned us to the airport in the timely manner. They also responded very positively to our request to get another car and we received a bigger newer car. A positive surprise overall, very flexible staff and i would rent there again!

Everything went well, easy and on time. We took the car right from the airport parking. While returning it we chose to return to city showroom but when we got there they told us this is not a valid option, even though we could choose it while making online reservation on the company’s website.

Other than that misunderstanding, they were efficient and easy to communicate. We recommend this company.

Very smooth and quick check out and check in process. The staff are professional and very polite. We had a small problem with the key when we first got the vehicle, they responded immediately and fixed it. I am happy to rent from them again and also recommend them to other people.

It was a very good experience with renting a car from CarRent. Communication with the company before booking was very easy and helpful. The car was almost new and in perfect condition. We were collected from the terminal on arrival and dropped back on departure. No hidden charges, no attempts to find car damage to charge money on the return. Really recommended

Rented an opel astra for 2 weeks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Getting the admin sorted was quick and easy. Deposit returned quickly after rental. The rental prices were competitive and they accommodated a very early morning return with ease. I will be sure to use them again on my next trip.

Very good rental agency! This one provides a shuttle upon your arrival at the airport to bring you to the agency, which is very convenient. The staff of the agency is very friendly and answered all our mails very quickly. The car was in perfect condition and made us travel all over Bulgaria. 😊

I been using the CarRent services for several years now, few times a year, and been getting great service.
First thing first their cars are always really new.
Prices are really completable, not to mention the long term discounts.
Customer service is great, they are picking you up directly from the terminal with large minivan, so you totally skip the long lines at the rental companies and after short visit to their near by office, where forms are ready and it takes literally couple minutes we are on the go.
We are also very grateful for their flexibility when we make changes and extend our stays, we always get same rates and even once they change our car twice straight from our home.

We rented a car directly from the company with full ensurance, the car was great and the guys in the office were very kind. They came to pick us up from the airport (not more than 5 min ride) and then they gave us a ride back to the airport when returned the car. Recommended.
