Very good service, the man at the front even remembered my name! very great products too, and the prices are very good! I’d rate services a 9.7 out of 10 and the product 10 out of 10. I went back because i had a problem with my anti virus and they attended to me very good!

Just come home from Coolblue. I buyed a tablet from there. It was a good experience.
Well located. Good protocol for covid19 pandemie. Quality products. Very friendly staff, and very good trained in they're activity.
The opening hours are very permissive for everyone.

I was looking for a TP Link router, I couldnt find the one i want in other stores like Mediamarkt. Coolblue had it in stock and the staff was helpful in explaining different options i could have with other routers. Happy with my purchase.

Very friendly and helpful staff that are either knowledgable or take their time to find the right solution. Day and night difference with the phone helpdesk who don't know their products and give wrong advice. Even though it's a 30-minute drive, I will come here again if I want professional advice !

The best customer service, staff don't have the mindset to push for the highest selling product but offer you advice on the best product for your needs. Been here many times, although i could have ordered online. The staff is pleasant to talk to and know what they are talking about or re direct you to a colleague with more knowledge about your specific product.

This is a shop worth visiting. The friendly staff welcomes you at the door and hand you a ticket with your service number if required or direct you to the section you wish to visit. Finding the product you are interested in is easy as each one is clearly marked with its attributes and price, which I might add are more reasonable than most. Coolblue also have a tremendous delivery service which in co-junction with bPost ensures that you receive your parcel with their track-and-trace service where you want it when you want it.

Best at what they do affordable prices and everything from the receptionist to the staff this store can score massively starts in the electronics category range. Deserves 5 starts from me.

You get help really fast. Very friendly people walking around in the store. Big open showroom and you're able to interact with the devices which is sometimes useful.

The shop has a wide range of products at decent prices. You always have the option for cheaper, medium and high-priced products depending on your taste & choices. A very good service and customer policy. Since the shop first opened in Belgium, I began to buy a considerable amount of electronics. Sometimes very cheap or low price products sometimes very high. Whenever something breaks under warranty, they put the amount of effort & politeness in resolving the matter. I have never felt they left me in the dark. There are always errors and mistakes that happen along the way, but my biggest complaint about Coolblue is that because of Bpost delivery service can lack qualitative delivery. AND that I can't put on them. That is Bpost who must clean up their act.

Yes, sometimes a package is sent later, yea sometimes repairs happen longer. These are people doing their job in Coolblue. They aren't wizards they are human beings. I worked in retail too I know and notice when people screw me over and when not. They have done a very good job always no matter how messy the situation. Customers just need to learn and rationalize sometimes it goes wrong the question afterwards is how did they handle it. There is always room to improve. Following the situations up and better communication will only smooth it more. People who say otherwise either have had a unique bad experience or do not understand the world of today. We have luxury of sending it back and get it resolved by others. We just got to wait and we still complain.

If it's bad I will say it, if it's good i will say it too. Therefore a good job review. Keep pushing further for higher and better quality. And to celebrate my newly repaired PC coming back going to buy some additional tools I still need on the Coolblue site!

Super greatfull service desk. I went the Sunday after black Friday right before closing time to pick something up. And I was greeted with enthusiasm and friendliness that some shops don't even show on a good day.10/10 on all aspects!!!

Super store. Friendly staff! When entering you're greeted with a sincere smile and before you know it you're on your way. The parking is small and a bit muddy but that's the only remark

The best of the best shop online, and better, when you go in the shop, young educated, poliglot staff, the best proffesionals I ever know! It is totaly true. I'we had some issues with some HD's wich I comand online, I diceded to go there to fix the issue, theu have coffe for free (good quality of that, also :). For my truble the make me a very nice discount and the give me a 25 euro ceck to apologise for the bad quality of my HD's. It did'n was his fault, they are not produce them they sell them, so I recomand them, quality/price/service, I give them a 10 from 10 possible

It’s not that big of a “shop” but you can ask questions, pick up orders even buy stuff that you saw on their website. They don’t push you to buy anything.

When we got there we were asked if we would like a drink since you have to wait for a bit. The waiting time isn’t long. There also were some cool gadgets to play with during that time. I mainly checked out the wacom cintiq but there were some phones, a laptop even a cycling device and a printer. Later on a kind man helped us out and put a whole computer together with some items we put on a list. He truly was amazing.

If whoever is reading this could give him a big “thanks” from me that would be lovely. He had a ponytail, appeared to go to a lot of festivals and had some tattoos. Not sure if he remembers me but I was the girl wearing a green hoodie there with her mother and stepfather.

TL;DR : I recommend this place and had a great experience. If you’re looking for a place that had loads of stuff lying around this probably wouldn’t be something for you. If you’re sure about what you want/have problems or questions about a product, go for it!

These guys could hold seminars on customer service for most of the other client facing firms, especially FNAC in Gent who really have no clue of what politeness is.

Awesome! I have always been a die-hard Coolblue fan online, but I needed a certain product immediately. So for the first time I decided to pick it up in their physical store. Great experience, the same professional and amazing Coolblue service you know from the web, but in real life.
