Second year im doing sound on yoga with Mollie, Its an unique experience, i only do the one at the beach but those in Gent i would also like to attend once. She is great in guiding you with some really nice flow music going through your headphones you just feel one with nature,yourself... its the best feeling to start your sunday...so higly recommended.

I have always been quite skeptical about yoga and it has never been my thing, but Molly has singlehandedly changed that with her SoundOnYoga. She creates such an amazingly beautiful experience! The music is amazing, her voice is so soothing and she is incredibly skilled in what she does. On top of that she is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met. Her classes have helped me in more ways than I could have ever imagined: they became my much-needed weekly therapy. She truly is the best, as is the entire concept.

Sound On Yoga and Molly are both GREAT! My wife and I joined an outdoor class in Gent back in 2021 shortly after my wife completed her 200 hour instructor certification. We both found the SoundOn experience to be exceptional. We've not been to Beach Yoga yet but we LOVE the outdoor yoga classes in/near Gent and in Oudenaarde. Even though we live in the USA we visit Belgium every summer and look forward to Molly's classes. Between the outside settings, music via comfortable headphones, and Molly's soothing & welcoming way of calling the class with good cadence and great positive spirit SounOn Yoga is our favorite yoga experience.

This class is a magic connection with mother nature! Don’t think about it and join it. I had the most peaceful and happiness moments! Molly was so lovely with her words and with all the explanation. I felt so comfortable and will definitely come back again and bring more friends to experience what I had and was at the beach with the amazing view of the sea and spaciousness? Thank you Sound on yoga for this incredible time! ♥

Always love to have a classe with Molly! I always feel relaxed and satisfied. The headphones really help to get in the right headspace. You only hear the nice music and her voice leading you through the practice 🫶🏼

I’ve been doing Sound on Yoga for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I haven’t found any other teacher in Belgium who is like Molly. I love all her flows, whether they are chill and relaxing or fast and intense. The headphones for me are a definite plus as they make you stay in your own little bubble of focus. Sound on yoga is great both for individuals as well as for companies and teambuildings!

Sound on Yoga is an awesome experience, quite different from the usual yoga you are really submerged into the experience with the headphobes and music! Molly is also an excellent yog teacher and I am sure you will love it too! Highly recommended!

What a wondefull, grounding and connecting experience. The headphones help to tune in better, being outside then again, aids to bring it all together, to connect. To nature. To eachother. Sound on Yoga is zoveel meer dan gewoon yoga met muziek in je oren. Elke les betekent een warm welkom in de wereld van Molly. Ze is niet alleen een geweldige yoga lerares maar ook een prachtig persoon waarbij je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Hoe flexibel je al dan niet bent, in welke staat je je ook bevindt: vol energie, vrolijk, lui of verdrietig,… bij Sound on Yoga krijg je altijd net dat wat je op dat moment nodig hebt. Laat je door Molly meenemen in het Sound on Yoga universum: door de muziek, door de natuur, door het nu en geniet! Je zult er geen spijt van krijgen.

Yoga Vinyasa immersif grâce au casque audio… j’adore depuis 3 ans… fidèle adepte! Molly est fantastique. A recommander chaudement.

Een heerlijke combinatie yoga op het strand maar met koptelefoon en muziek zodat de wind of de ruisende zee je niet stoort. Ook de lesgeefster is goed hoorbaar zodat je makkelijk op afstand van elkaar kunt staan. Ik ben grote fan en kijk al uit naar volgend jaar

Heerlijk om de zondagochtend de yogasessie op het strand van Wenduine te volgen. Door de headset heb ik het gevoel helemaal alleen te zijn ook in grote groep. Molly doet dit echt top en zorgt dat je steeds helemaal tot rust komt en alle drukte even achter je laat. Het voelt zo goed om samen te bewegen in de natuur met als bonus een duik in de zee bij mooi weer 🧘‍♀🏖

Beste yogasessies ooit !
Mijn eerste ervaring en beter kon niet zijn om daar verslafd van te worden.
Elke keer opnieuw tot rust komen, ontspannen en van het rustgevenede omgevening genieten..

Ik volgde af en toe een lesje.
Tot ik mijzelf het voorbije jaar een flow unlimited pass cadeau deed.
Want dat is wat je leert bij Molly, zelfzorg!
Sindsdien rij ik wekelijks een heel eind om haar lessen te volgen maar met veel zin en overtuiging om weer helemaal relaxed terug thuis te komen.
Op welke locatie ook, ze slaagt er steeds weer in!
Ik weet alvast dat een nieuw jaarabonnement als nr1 op mijn verlanglijstje zal staan tijdens de komende feestdagen!

Yoga in de natuur is iets heel bijzonders. Uiteraard is het fijn met de zon op je snoet, maar zelfs in de regen of bij felle wind maakt Mollie er een feest van. Op ieders niveau en op een heel relaxte manier fleurt ze je dag én je lijf op! Een aanrader voor iedereen, niet enkel voor de doorwinterde yogi.

Na lang uitstel deze class toch maar eens gevolgd. Wat een ontdekking. De geur van Nag Champa bracht me meteen 20 jaar terug in de tijd, met dev zalige associaties van mijn reis door India. Veel te lang uitgesteld was de conclusie na de sessie. Zalig bewegen, een combinatie van inspanning en ontspanning, rust in mijn hoofd en herboren op een zondagmiddag. De zee, zand en veel gelijkgezinden, samen en toch helemaal zen en alleen. Ik ben alvast overtuigd dat ze me vanaf april veel vaker gaan zien. Een echte aanrader. Namaste

Fantastisch om te doen! Leuke flows met een heerlijk muziekje op de achtergrond via de headphones. Echte aanrader, ik kom terug😀🧘‍♀
