These place is so elegant so beautyful just look like a wow,and the hotel authorities are friendly adorable and Pretty good.

We were there for an official programme. Environment, policy, service everything was top notch. Hotel management was friendly as much.

I had in buffet breakfast but ... some item was finished then I call to refill they didn't do that, even not informed me anything...I knocked again but telling bring bring bring till 30 minutes... not done ... then finished the breakfast without that item..... it was very much unprofessional staff......

i've been here before, well furnished and well decorated rooms. All 4Star quality facilities and services. Staffs are very well mannered and friendly. food quality is good. complimentary buffet breakfast is probably one of the highlights of the hotels, which is quite good. I would definitely recommend star pecific.

Good for a short stay.

Rooms are small. All other facilities are there including restaurants, swimming pool, basement parking, coffee shop and banquet hall.

Situated near the Dargah gate, so during orush, it will be difficult to access by car.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Star Pacific in Sylhet, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We were greeted with warm hospitality from the moment we arrived. The hotel's service was outstanding and exceeded all of my expectations.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff addressed my needs. The hotel staff was amicable and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for things to see and do.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped bathroom. The room was also quiet and peaceful, which made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.

The hotel's restaurant was also top-notch, offering a variety of delicious dishes that the chefs expertly prepared. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of local and international dishes. Service was prompt, and the food was delicious, with various options to cater to different tastes. One thing that stood out to me was the food. The hotel had a great selection of restaurants, and the meals were all delicious & a fantastic rooftop swimming pool.

We highly recommend this Hotel Star Pacific Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Sylhet. The fantastic service provided by the staff truly made my experience unforgettable, and we can't wait to return in the future.

Very spacious and neat and clean presidential suite. I stayed with my Mrs. The room had a jacuzzi and a living room very big spacious room. Breakfast was included, I didn't have a chance to go see the gym or swim in the swimming pool on the rooftop.

We stayed in March 2023, Great experience, service and treatment, staff were all friendly and helpful, food was excellent, rooms were clean and comfy , location was great. Manager was very friendly and accommodating.. 5* service :)

Hotel is located near the dargah masjid. Outside Hotel area is clean and secure. Hotel inside is modern and clean. Great cafe in the ground floor.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room service can be slow at times.

Hotel surrounding can be quite noisy. But it is located in a very busy area. Hotel should invest in better soundproof windows.

Otherwise a fantastic hotel!

The rooms are nice, and the staff are adequately polite and helpful. The only minor issue I had was at the pool, there were no towels so I asked the staff there for one and they reacted as if that's the toughest job they have ever had to do.

The coffee shop below is awesome, but the coffee and drinks at the breakfast buffet sucks.

It is situated in the heart of the city. It's management is so caring to the guest that I experienced during my stay. Room is cleaned and well furnished .Room service praiseworthy. Food varieties and complementary breakfast delicious. I am satisfied with their beautiful services.

Favourite hotel in Sylhet city. Everything is amazing

Went to cousin wedding at celebrity hall. No doubt hall is excellent. Air conditioning. Parking spaces. Staff were professional. Max 220 guests can sit in one go. They have hotels, mini swimming pool and mini rooftop garden.

East dargha gate

Our bath tub needed to be replaced you can tell it's old. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely decor, rooftop swimming pool, restaurant, cafe etc. Staff are very attentive, friendly and welcoming. They accept all forms of credit / debits cards and cash which was useful as a foreigner.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Star Pacific-Sylhet. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and also the bed was so comfortable. The lobby was amazing and are worth just hanging out to read, work or meet with friends and to have some great photo of yours. I highly recommend this hotel for you guys.

Just awesome place for food and stay.

The rooms and hotel is very nice and the best part is a rooftop pool. I got city facing room which gives us good view of city. Staff are very professional.
