The hotel is fantastic. Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Check in was very quick and practical. The accommodation is wonderful. The staff are very helpful. Especially an employee named Jakir Hussain. He helped us with a problem with our cell phone, he even accompanied us to a store outside the hotel to help us. He is an excellent employee. The breakfast is also excellent. Everything is great!

Location:
Darga gate is a popular place for hotels in Sylhet. That's where this hotel is located. Great restaurants are at arms reach from here. Couldn't ask more.

Service:
Very good service, staffs are friendly.

Parking:
It has underground parking, but the entrance is tight. One needs to have patience to let cars go. Never take the car underground without dropping your bags.

Rooms:
It's not absolute top notch but the rooms are clean, toilet and showers are very good. Maybe the structure needs a renovation but that'll be extreme picking.

Food:
Breakfast was good. I'd say the management of food wasn't the best but it was good. The staffs could be a bit more trained, overall cleanliness could improve.

Swimming Pool:
Hands down one of the best swimming pools I've been in. Most pools miss on one thing or the other but this, ticks all the boxes. Heated water, good drainage, great rooftop garden.

Verdict:
I would definitely recommend the hotel. Great value for money.

The overall experience was excellent. Since I had a business trip there, I stayed very little at the property. However, my stay was pleasant. Most of the stuff was as nice as possible.

It was a great experience with them .Their behaviour, their services were just awesome .. I enjoyed there a lot .. what can I say about this hotel ? They provide a plenty of facilities to their customers. It has a nice pool on the rooftop, from there whole sylhet city is seen .. uff I recommend everybody to visit here ..

However avoid if there are any events held on the 14th floor as everyone uses the same lifts and there will be long queues going in and out. Impossible to get into if you can trying to access from middle floors.

One of the best and one of my favourite venue..... specially the OZONE... Very friendly staff members and top-notch clean 👌 👍 food is very tasty as well 😋

We stayed at Hotel Noorjahan grand during December 24-28, 2023. It was an amazing experience. The room was excellent. The behavior of the hotel staffs was very pleasant. The hotel is located at Ambarkhana, which is almost the heart of the Sylhet city. It is also very near to Shahjalal Dargah. There is a roof-top swimming pool at this hotel, where one can chill. The very picturesque view of whole Sylhet city is available from the roof of the hotel. The food was very delicious including the complimentary breakfast. All the restaurants and cafe of the hotel were well-decorated. We really enjoy our stay.

This hotel environment was so furnished and clean for family where everyone can enjoy and taken beautiful picture. Also Their room decorated was so good and relaxation.
