Rajbari Railway Station

Dhaka to Khulna bound (via Padma Bridge) Sundar Ban Express and Dhaka to Benapole bound (via Padma Bridge) Benapole Express train both have stoppages in Rajbari since 02.11.2023.

It's a very nice and historical station in Bangladesh. District Rajbari is mostly popular for this railway station what is established before the liberation of Bangladesh.

One of the oldest station with 3 platforms. But I have found one functional platform with few inter district trains so quite and great place to spend some leisure-time. Just 5 minutes walking distance from Rajbari sadar taxi station. The most scenic attraction of the place is red brick building of British period.

Rajbari railway station is one of the oldest railway station. It almost 100 years old. It was built by East India company. Now in 2021 the Bangladesh government started reconstruction and make it more beautiful and modern.

One of the overcrowded railway station of Bangladesh... It is situated at the heart of Rajbari...You can go to Kushtia,Rajshahi,Jessore,Dhaka,Faridpur and some other places very shortly by train...Because of being overcrowded, it becomes always dirty...But beside all the bad things,it will always be a great station

Since Rajbari is not that popular as a district and it's not a important or popular station.
but i was really amazed by seeing this station.It's too big and too clean.

Rajbari is one of the oldest broad gauge station of Bangladesh. Once it was very busy station. Now only one intercity Rajshahi - Goalondo Ghat bound intercity stops here. Some local and mail train also stops here.

Very good station. Quite place. Very good sitting arrangements for awaiting passengers. You can go to Rajshahi, Khulna, Faridpur, vanga, Goalondo ghat by train from here. Some photos are attached of train schedule. It was built in the era of British. It was also so much old station carriny a lot of history. Good facilities and well organized train station. All train stop here. Start from 6 AM and end in 10 PM of arrival and departure of train.

Rajbari Railway Station is one of the oldest monuments in Rajbari district. In the past, Rajbari was called the "city of railways". The station is very clean. Many people come here to visit.

One of the oldest stations in Bangladesh. The station platforms are slightly larger. The ticket counter is located inside the station and next to the platform. But the station's atmosphere is little bit dirty. The railway police station is located beside the platform.

Good place. The survive of the station is 1st class.
