I Thought I would try something different and dress like a bum, unshaven and wearing old clothes. Walked into Rebel and was straight away approached by a younger chap named Cameron. The service I received from Cameron was fantastic. Was helping me out while assisting other customers for about half an hour. Could not meet a more genuine guy, nothing was an issue even dressed the way I was. I ended up buying a pair of Nikes. I hope management acknowledges this review and congratulate Cameron for his very pleasant disposition. Just a foot note, walked into JD Sports dressed in the exact same way and received absolutely no service, was looked straight through by two staff.

Excellent service received from ZAC today. He was so very helpful and knowledgeable with purchasing footy boots for my granddaughter. Much appreciated Zac. Lovely young man.

I went in to get black sports shoes for a teen with a big foot. The experience was proving to be a stressful one with very little selection until Cameron came over to help us. He was polite, calm, capable and extremely helpful. Found us a couple of selections in a few moments and we were on our way.
I’m very grateful for Cameron’s help what an asset to Rebel.

Excellent service from team member Pam today, helping me find ladies wear, boxing gloves and kids shoes. She knew her products well and was still able to assist me throughly while serving other customers as well. Nice to see staff of different ages included in the team too 😀

The older gentleman that served me yesterday was extremely knowledgeable and had fantastic customer service. He is the main reason you got a sale today..... Not because of persistence to make a sale but because of care and finding what his customer need.

Not often that I rate a big store like this, but the counter people here were exceptionally helpful. They let me know that a product I had bought should still be under warranty, rather than trying to flog me a new one. They even printed my receipt out from 18 months ago so I didn't have to go looking for it.

I purchased a home gym from Rod at Robina Rebel sport. I had a slight issue with the equipment and the response and customer care service was excellent. The best thing about purchasing from a store like Rebel is being able to call them for advice and assistance and your issue to be resolved very quickly. I would certainly go to Rebel sport for all future purchases.

This is our local Rebel Store and we've been shopping here since 3 years. Staff are friendly, great service and knowledgeable. We have bought school and sports shoes for the family every year & other items too. The Staff in the shoe section have always been awesome. The Store is clean and well laid out.

Braydon at Rebel Robina showed excellent customer service skills for when I was looking to buy a sport shoe.
Although the shoe wasn't in stock, Braydon did his best to make a compromise and resourced shoes that were similar in ability.
Braydon was very knowledgeable in his understanding with the sport shoes and gave great customer service! 👍

A wide range of items to browse through and great for NRL fans with the great amount of merch for all of the Queensland teams with some NSW teams as well. Recommend this Rebel Sport

Thnx Reece for solving my problem of buying weight plates that were secure on the smaller barbell I have at home, but also big enough so I didnt have to squat down as far whilst deadlifting. This preventing injury. Am lifting with less fear now. Heaps of thnx dude! 😉💪🏋‍♀👏
