They answered my questions right away and even sent through dimensions of garments so I could measure. Amazing customer service and lovely team in general. Very disappointed after purchasing a dress online 2 weeks ago today! I had been away so this was the only time I could take the dress back to swap sizes . The dress was a size medium which fitted great but was so short my bum could be seen . I took it back in today as it’s been the only time I could get there since being on holidays . The lady was extremely rude and made out I was feral with her comments I wouldn’t sell something to someone knowing it had been in your house for this long . 1 week longer than the ok time of returning items . $219.00 down the drain . This is an absolute joke . I would never purchase through this place ever again . Very very disappointing. Especially when trying to support LOCAL small business .

Don't recommend purchasing through this boutique. Unfortunately as much as a love the pieces I have bought from CocoWillow, the staff and customer service is probably the worst I have encountered as an online consumer. Don't recommend buying from here if you are unsure as to sizing or style as the store won't honour an exchange, refund or store credit.

Unfortunately was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by condescending staff in store. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing items online if you aren’t completely 100% sure, customer satisfaction is not a priority for this business.
