Ordered chocolates on line arrived very quickly although came from another state and I live in a rural town. The chocolates were great and a good price usually have to purchase from USA which cost a great deal more very happy with Captains Candy.

I purchased a large volume of Christmas chocolates from Captain's Candy as a promotion for my business. The customer service was excellent. My enquiries were answered promptly and professionally. The chocolates were very high quality and reasonably priced. The delivery service they used was prompt and the chocolates were kept cool during shipping as required. I would recommend Captain's Candy highly as they are an excellent company and I will definitely purchase candy from them again for my company promotions.

EDITED TO ADD: CC made good on their promise, they contacted me the other day to let me know they found more Grapeheads, and contacted me again today to say they were ready to be ordered! New order already placed, super excited to get my new goodies :)

Incredible experience for my first time ordering at Captain's Candy. After developing a liking for Grapeheads while in the UK earlier this year, I found them incredibly hard to source when I ran out, and only just found some earlier this month on Captain's website. I ordered the whole lot available, plus a whole load of another type of candy I had found and liked while in Dubai in September (yes I travel a lot, so my candy ordering gets expensive fast when I find one I like). I got a message the day after placing my order to advise that the stock count for the second candy was incorrect and I could either have a substitution to the value of the missing stock, or a refund. Since it was only out by a count of 3, I said a substitution was fine, advised my favourite flavours/styles of candy, and only expected a couple of things. Well, my package arrived today and it exceeded expectations! I got so many more goodies than I expected, and they are ALL things I know I will enjoy! Such great service by Captain's Candy, I'll definitely be ordering from them again :D

P.S. If you guys can source more Grapeheads from anywhere, since they're apparently discontinued, I will literally buy all of them <3

Don't get up here often, but when I do I buy a lot. Having been to America plenty of times I had become addicted to some of their candy and chocolates and since Covid hit I haven't been, so Ive had to get my American candy fix from Captains Candy. They offer a wide range of products (and it's not all American) at a reasonable price. The staff are always accomodating and friendly. If it were closer to home, I wouldn't be able to stay away.

I love this place. You can get so much good sweet stuff that you just cannot get anywhere else. Really great if you got someone from overseas missing stuff from home. Highly recommend.

Just did my first order and i'm happy to say it had shown up in a very timely manner which is great, I will continue to use Captains Candy for all future candy / drinks / snacks purchases, The team responded about an item that was not in stock within a few hours of my putting in the order and they had my items dispatched for delivery the same day, Great team, Great response times, Great all around service which is why they get a perfect review grade -Blain C

The best place to buy candy in bulk packs, small bags, or singular. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Plenty of parking available.

Love going to captains with the family dose get a little pricey if I don't behave but love the selection and the staff are so friendly
