Choice The Discount Store Ashmore

I shopped here on Wednesday 27/12/23 and was pleasantly surprised with the service. The young lady at the counter (Dot?) Put my items in my bag for me, which no-one ever does anymore and not only that, but as I was about to drive away, she knocked on my window to return my wallet which I left behind on the counter. She had obviously ran to look for me and return it. Such effort that she put in. I just don't see this type of service anywhere anymore. It made my day. Thank you very much 🙂

Absolutely amazing array of products at unbelievably affordable prices.

Best place in the northern Gold Coast for budget buying. Plenty of parking. Extensive range across all needs. Every time I go there, I ask myself why I blindly go to the "biggies" and not make Choice my first port of call. Probably old age! Love it.

Today and his customer service I could not fault even though he was experiencing issues with his point of sale system. He was also able to ask a senior staff member to assist with the question I had. He’s a real value to the team and wish all customer service experiences were as good. Well done Yusuf.
