Great Maccas - always fast and accurate service and still serves creme Broulee iced coffee !!

Come through here as a regular quite often. The food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes have to wait a couple minutes, but the wait is worth it. The staff are lovely, and you can see how hard they are working.
The playground was closed for a while for repairs, but now that it’s open again my son loves playing there while we have a coffee.

Keep it up guys!

If you're leaving Cairns or Brisbane great place for relax take a break get some fresh air food coffee ☕ good scenery safe and secure be responsible to break and be kind and generous to people on it falls on your shoulders if wrong 🤯 relax and take a break drive slowly and get back on road you will be happier

We went through drive through and there was a lady on with a mask on and she was very rude slammed the window on us before we could tell her we had a second order to pay for. We tried to get her attention but completely got ignored so we drove through to the next window and a lovely lady named Chloe helped us out the best she could by getting us to pay for the second order at the second window so we didn’t have to go around to the first window again. she was very apologetic and very sweet.
I was Very happy with the service Chloe gave us and think every staff member needs to learn this type of service. 5 stars for you Chloe, thankyou!

Staff are always very friendly and helpful;m, they are also efficient and good at their jobs.
Just as important, if not more so, is the fact that the food I order here is always good and, unlike what I commonly experience at other similar stores, always correct - right down to the requested extra sauce!
This kind of experience always leaves me assuming that the staff are happy working here, which ultimately tells me that there must be excellent management within the store.

Quiet. Early morning Anzac Day. I enjoyed watching the peacocks ambling around. One had a baby chick. I was told by staff that they sometimes hold up the drive thru.😀

It's always good going to maccas to grab food on the go. It's easy and convenient. It's also a bonus that the staff are friendly and approachable.

Nice store, but appears to get a lot of flies in the store. Also, the music is too loud, not relaxing and enjoyable, very younger staff oriented type of music! Maybe consider that your customers are not into rap music whilst eating their lunch? 🤦‍♀😁
Apart from this, it's actually a nice store, food was okay.

Everytime I go inside to sit & eat it is always dirty with food on tables, chairs, highchairs & the floor & greasy, each time I have to ask for a cloth to clean it before we sit, i realise it gets busy & probably short staffed but this always happens & has had since it opened & i have never had in other restaurants.

Benn all around Australia and this is in my top ten of good McDonald's franchise I have been to. Rarely had any issue with an order none that come to mind and the food it alway put together well and reasonably freshly made as well which makes a big difference.

Quite frankly, I would have marked a 1 star if they still had that horrifying blown up print of Ron McDon on their shipping container. However they removed it, and so even though the milkshake machine wasn't working, I'll give a five star rating.

Clean premises, friendly staff, my child spilt a milkshake on the floor and they replaced it no charge, they didn't even fuss to clean it even though we felt bad. I have been there 3 times and will definitely be going back for excellence in customer service and the McDonald's standard food.

Clean and friendly at this McDonalds. The Manager is a great team leader. I am uncertain of they take cash as I only saw the EFTPOS terminal. They also do UberEats.

Always receive friendly service. Sometimes wait times are longer than usual and it seems like they really need more staff on but staff are excellent besides this.

Edmonton McDonald's has friendly staff. I have been twice in recent times to feed my coffee addiction. They make a smooth Macchiato.

The staff who work there are awesome. The youth training at McDonalds Edmonton display a very good customer service, goes to show they have good trainers and management.

Speedy service. Friendly staff. Burgers always yum and made like it should be made. Never had a problem with this Maccas.
