Fishery Falls Cairns Holiday Park

Great caravan park with nice and quiet creek. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The amenities are the cleanest we've been in so far in our travels. We would definitely go back!

What a fantastic place to stay. We stayed in one of the units, which was spacious, clean and tidy. The owners are absolutely wonderful. They are down to earth and a ways to talk to. We particularly enjoyed that the place wasn’t jam packed. There are trees around, which compliments the North Queensland atmosphere. We also stayed on a Saturday and took advantage of the dinner that was put on and it was unbelievable!! We certainly did not go to bed hungry. I was blown away by the experience and will certainly stay there again.

We spent just over two weeks here at Fishery Falls Holiday Park recently & we cannot recommend this park highly enough.
Dave & Anne go above & beyond to make sure their guests at the park are happy & comfortable. The grounds beautiful, well maintained & the sites are of ample size. There is a nice pool and area plus a good size camp kitchen.
A Saturday night dinner & entertainment is provided for all, at a small charge, this meal is provided & prepared by the owners Dave and Anne & no one goes to bed hungry.
All amenities are great & very well maintained we were impressed with service provided.
The location of this park we found ideal because it was lovely and quiet & an easy drive into Cairns, Innisfail or lots of other destinations. There was also a couple of decent size supermarkets between the park & Cairns.
We found Dave & Anne the most gracious & “down to earth “ hosts/people you could ever meet & we highly recommend this park to everyone. We will be staying there again next year for sure!

Enjoyed our stay but wasn't game to get into creek.

The best place we have ever
stayed. We stayed on a Saturday night and Ann and Dave cooked everyone a delicious meal (super filled meal) for great value for money. After that we all danced to the live band that was playing! The next day way we all went for a swim in the fresh water creek at the back of their property!
We felt like we had our own piece of heaven in FNQ.
Will definitely be staying again some time!

Wonderful camp grounds. Like you're in the middle of the rainforest. Beautiful surroundings. Very good facilities. We loved it here. Very nice & caring staff. We'd come back again.

Fabulous small park, Dave & Ann are perfect hosts. The shaded sites are neat with beautiful tropical plants between them. Saturday night Thai food dinner was delicious. Amenities are clean, and being only 40 km south of Cairns, its definitely worth staying here …. we’ll be back.

Our two visits to the Fishery Falls Holiday Park have been excellent. Ann and David are wonderful hosts, who always make us feel welcome, and our stay as relaxing as possible.

Do not miss Saturday night happy hour during the dry season - the amazing Thai food prepared by Ann and David, along with the music and dancing, makes for a memorable evening.

The van sites are large, clean and private.

The park and its gardens are very well maintained and peaceful. The toilets are always clean and well lit, and the camp kitchen is centrally located and a great meeting place, with a large TV, bbqs and fridges.

We have stayed in both dry season and wet season, and can recommend a trip at either time.

Fishery Falls is located on the Bruce Highway, a short 30 minute drive south of Cairns, and if you are heading north from Innisfail, make Fishery Falls Holiday Park your next stop.

Great location, clean amenities, very well maintained park. Not too far away from the town centre and supermarkets. The Thai night with live music and food is the absolute highlight! Ann and Dave are amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back to this beautiful place.

Lovely well maintained caravan park. Owners Dave & Ann are super helpful and accommodating. They cook up fabulous Thai food on Saturday nights which is a great night with live music too.

This is not the first time that we stayed at this property. Whether we are coming to Cairns for work or leisure we always book our stay in here. So many things to love about this place, location, entertainment, service, food, clean rooms and importantly for the hospitality of the owners. We can't wait to go back again. Note: Be sure to book ahead as they are always booked out.

Super helpful and friendly hosts!, Very accommodating to the wary tired traveler, lush, beautiful tropical park. Immaculately clean, and tidy amenities. Stones throw to Cairns, highly recommend :)

We lived at Fishery Falls Holiday Park for 4 months while we built our new home at Babinda. Loved every minute there. So clean and tidy. I'm not kidding you could not see one speck of dirt in the amenities at all.
Ann and Dave were so wonderful.
Then we discovered their Thai Food nights cooked by Ann .
And live music and dancing always a great and fun evening.
So now we go every chance we have.
Fishery is 10 mins to Gordonvale for supplies. Cairns is about 30 mins drive
15 mins to Babinda for best cream buns oh and The Babinda Boulders.

Absolutely delightful experience! The caravan park's picturesque setting, impeccable facilities, and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable. Can't wait to visit again!

Great location, very clean and well maintained park. The live music and Thai food night was a bonus. Great staff, will be back.

A mate and i stayed here as a last minute stop over on our way home and had the pleasure of meeting Gail and Tassie as the owners were away on holidays, was the best service and hospitality I'd ever had at a caravan park very accommodating and helpful showed us around the entire park, will definitely be back with my family and friends when we are back carins way, who ever reads this do yourself a favour and stay a night or a month you will definitely be back, thank you again Gail and Tassie you made our stay extremely comfortable cheers Kyle and Carrot hahaha

What a beautiful place to stay...
We stayed 6 nights & wished we could have stayed longer.
The facilities & grounds are absolutely immaculate. Dave & Ann are very welcoming & Saturday night we enjoyed sharing a night with other travellers & permanent residents. With live music, a few drinks & delicious home cooked Thai food it was a fabulous night.
Thank you so much Dave & Ann we will be returning & recommend to all travellers.

Stayed here for 4 nights to do Atherton Tablelands, The Boulders and Josephine falls. Such a beautiful and peaceful caravan park.. large sites surrounded by palms.. very clean amenities, very friendly staff, would highly recommend a stay it is so well maintained 👍🏼🥰

Fishery Falls caravan Park is a great little park with clean amenities and very close to Cairns & New local shopping center
Dave & Ann are brilliant host along with the staff ( Tas & Gail ).went there for 2 weeks & stayed for 3 mths while waiting to purchase our new home
Have stayed in most parks in the region but found this park more friendly and homely than any of the others
Would highly recommend
Will visit again especially on the weekends for Saturday night Thai & live music
